An art therapy adjacent but not therapy workshop, please find all info below :)Journeys into doll making with art therapist monicaIn this class, we will learn how to make dolls using yarn and other fiber based crafts. Our focus will be less on technique and more on the process of creating using our imagination and intention to bring each doll into being. Across time and culture, people have made dolls for many purposes, from embodying the divine to creating characters for play. Our goal is to be perceptive and uncover meaning as the creative process unfolds.Over our three weeks together, we’ll make our dolls in each other’s company.
