Have you tried our Warm Ashtanga Flow with @downward_devin yet? Bc if not — you’re honestly missing out. 😮‍💨☄️

Ashtanga Yoga is a more disciplined, fixed sequence type of Yoga that relies on breath (as most do) but more specifically, Ujjayi pranayama, to help power the practice. 🤸🫁
