Hello y’all. we r enjoying a cool day here in the U P. The smoke isn’t bad today at all. ⛈️Had my 6 week follow up w the surgeon from my #totalkneereplacement this afternoon. ❤️‍🩹Got me a #goldstar⭐️ Im clear to drive and pretty much everything!! still goin to physical therapy! 💪🦵my bf is the best #coach !! just wanted to share a few pics of my knee #recovery ❤️‍🩹. been doing great @ physical therapy. 🌈have 6 week #checkup on 7-22, w the surgeon. 🦋can’t wait to find out what the dr.says! been using the cpm unit 3x a day one hr. each time. 🦵i’m at 118°bend. i’ve got this unit till wednesday. 🙏thank u for all the well wishes through this whole thing!! 🥴39 days #postop. # NUENEE (IYKYK)whoop. whoop my bf is the best #coach i could have!!! teamwork makes the dream work! ☮️blessings to u and urs! btw, i’m at a 112° natural bend🤟. following orders!😁@everyone by @doxin_diva

Thank u to all involved. all the positive energy and well wishes. got back from physical therapy and i’m at 100° bend the therapist says im #doinggreat . considering i had a bad fall on june 13 th. my blood pressure dropped called #sencope and i passed out 3 times. I had a lot of stiffness and bruises but im #healing well! these flowers 🌺 are from my amazing neighbor diane. i have 2 besties .diane,and @getting_toastedd_ ,these r 2 strong women! just like me… STRONG 💪 #totalkneereplacement #surgery . slow and steady wins the race! STRONG LEGS 🦵 STRONG MIND! 28 days post op! following orders is key!!🔑@everyone by @doxin_diva

hello greetings and salutations ☝️to everybody here first three photos are of the bruising from where I fell on Saturday the 13th when my blood pressure dropped and I fell out on the kitchen floor. The next picture is of where my fingers are the indentation from the bruising and swelling 💥moving onto the next photo staples out. and Steri-Strips on today went really well. dr. Lukes is very happy with my progress. My blood pressure was decent 109/77. that sure beats 77/50 which was monday . I’m using my cpm unit right now. hello hope y’all r having a great day. 🤟today is saturday 6-20-26. im 9 days #postop #cpm unit is super awesome!! it helps with bending of the joint after #surgery and helps with scar tissue and inflammation and range of motion. ☮️i’m at a 60° bend naturally and 90 degrees when I push my right knee back, which is awesome for this early stage in the game. ❤️‍🩹can’t thank the #bf enough!! without him things would be so much more difficult. wanted to show you how the #cpm unit works. blessings to you and yours thank you for all of the thoughts. first 2pics, friday last week ,day after #surgery .💥today had follow up w surgeon. Dr. Lucas .🥴the scar is lookin mightyfine. it’s healing great. 🤞my bruised side is sore. i had #syncope blacked out in the kitchen, fell 3 times the bf couldn’t get me up. #bloodpressuredropped my blood pressure has dropped like this before. #extremepain mixed w bp dropping =SYNCOPE take care out there yall!! #blessings to u and urs! 💕☝️@followers by @doxin_diva

well, I’m finally getting ready to go to bed. 🥴I had some pain I dealt with it. 👌I’m icing and elevating 🥶took something for the pain and now I’m ready for bed nighty night y’all and the two pictures I posted we’re hanging on the wall at #contrastcoffee. in downtown IRONWOOD, my girlfriend took me there Monday morning for brunch before I got my nerve blocker and they were hanging on the wall. I’m thinking of getting one for my birthday. 🎂 I posted one other picture prior. That’s the one that I like he’s holding a lolly and my girl @getting_toastedd_ 🌈makes the best damn lollies around so it kind of kills two birds with one stone. 🪨I love the little guy plus he’s holding a lolly it would look great on my wall.☮️#totalkneereplacement 💪💥#aspirushospital .ice&elevate @followers .y’all should check out #contrastcoffee!! btw it’s 1:14 am. #NUENEE!!!
