Woke up on my 35th birthday at 228lbs, and after 4.5 months at DARKWOLF MMA, I'm down to 180.2lbs! My coach Dave always says to just keep showing up, and I have-I couldn't be happier with the progress. Now, it's time to drop 12 more Ibs so I can hit the 168lb division for my grappling match on November 28th. #birthday #fitness #journey #training #goals by @doyoforge

Super proud dad moment! Both boys are on the mat, and I didn't realize how proud I’d feel watching them participate in something I love. Hopefully, they enjoy it as much as I do. Huge thank you to DARKWOLF MMA for being so family friendly. #dad #sons #martialarts #mma #pride 🥋🥊💪 taken in DARKWOLF MMA by @doyoforge
