What a week! ✨ Last week’s PRO intensive was filled with inspiring master classes, informative workshops, incredible performances, and, most importantly, an amazing sense of community. We are so grateful to everyone who shared their knowledge, artistry, and energy throughout the week.

These photos capture just a few of the many memorable moments. Stay tuned, there are plenty more images and highlights still to come!

The UPAF Ride for the Arts was a roaring success today! Even our Terra Papagalli birds took flight! The community really showed up this year. Thank you to everyone who participated. We’re already looking forward to next year!

Did we mention that our team was in second place for fundraising for UPAF this year?! We may be small, but we are mighty! Thank you all!

And thank you to UPAF for supporting the arts in our community and most importantly- believing in the power and impact dance can have within it! @danceworksmke @dpmke @upaf #dance #rideforthearts #upaf #milwaukee #milwaukeearts taken in Hoan Bridge by @dpmke

“I have been considering the meaning of ‘home’ and the phrase ‘coming home’ for most of this year- there is relevance, meaning and interdependence that exists between these two themes.” -Peter Stathas

These themes extend beyond the work itself, reflecting Peter’s own ties to Milwaukee and the opportunity to return, collaborate, and create in a place that continues to shape his artistic voice.

Don’t miss your chance to witness a beautiful gathering of communities, and the magic of the Barn!
