Go CANADA Go! 🇨🇦

A great Thanksgiving Monday spent supporting the Canadian Women’s National Team at BMO Field ⚽️

While they fell 4-3 to Denmark in the friendly, it was a super exciting match and fun to connect with some of the NSL Broadcast team 🙌

First Never Fades 🏀🫶

Finally had some time to reflect on an incredible inaugural season for the @torontotempo.

Canada’s #WNBA team navigated ups and downs, but it’s always more than just the game. Forever grateful to have been part of the first Tempo #Broadcast crew on TSN.

This video is missing so many people - Raegan Subban, producer David Leiter, Director Chris Philips, our stats crew…I love you all!

Now time to decompress and gear up for a big #PWHL season ahead. To steal a line from Coach Jackie, “I love women’s sports”

The countdown is ON to #PWHL All-Star Toronto 2027 ✨

Thrilled to attend this historic announcement at the Hockey Hall of Fame today. The PWHL will bring its biggest stars together at Scotiabank Arena on March 7, 2027.

It’ll feature a four-team, 3-on-3 tournament and mark the first PWHL-hosted all-star event in league history.

Thank you, Vancouver!

More to come, but for now we are beyond grateful to have been part of the Cross-Canada Series and all @torontotempo games this season.

The fun is not over yet — 7 more games left for the Tempo in this historic inaugural season. #WNBA #Broadcast #womeninsports taken in Rogers Arena by @dponticelli

A *different* game-day POV 👀🏀

Another network had the broadcast for last night’s @torontotempo game vs the Minnesota Lynx — which gave me a chance to experience a home game with a different view!

There’s so much fans experience that is not possible to take in while broadcasting. I love the Tempo game-day atmosphere and all the amazing people who work hard to make it great (shoutout PA Announcer @itsfrolic and in-game host @michellenyce ✨🎤)

Off this weekend, but back at it for Tuesday’s road game vs the Golden State Valkyries! #WNBA #womeninsports #womeninsportsmedia taken in Scotiabank Arena by @dponticelli

Back at it tonight after the All-Star Break — still thinking about a July filled with @torontotempo home games 🎙️

These snapshots are from the last three at Coca-Cola Coliseum. Won’t be back there now until September!

What an absolute joy to work with this crew (missing a few in these pics — shout-out our scribe @chelsealeite!) And it’s not over yet! 18 more Tempo games left in this historic, inaugural regular season.

Happily back home and back at it, however:

This soul trip has filled my heart with joy, new memories and an even greater appreciation for my beautiful family living oceans away.

Thank you for wrapping your arms around me, supporting me, and raising me even from afar. For meals together that feel as though we see each other every week.

For crying and laughing, and crying some more.

I’ll be back before you know it ❤️

Beach of the Penguins 📸

Cape Town is home to Boulder’s Beach, where you will find a beautiful colony of #AfricanPenguins.

They once covered a good portion of the beach, now they live and frolic in a smaller, protected, area. I was able to capture some curious cuties along with nesting moms and baby penguins.

Truly one of my favourite animals 🫶 #SouthAfrica #Penguins #Photography #Wildlife taken in Boulders Beach Penguin Colony by @dponticelli

One day for The #Springboks 🏉🇿🇦

The new Nations Championship in international men’s #Rugby kicked off last weekend.

Having never been to a Springboks game when I lived in South Africa, @afgosse and I hopped on a short flight from #CapeTown to #Johannesburg for a battle between #SouthAfrica and England at historic Ellis Park Stadium.
