FOCUSED SHOCKWAVE 🌀 Many of the injuries that Focused Shockwave is commonly used to treat—chronic tendinopathies, plantar fasciitis, achilles pain, arthritis, and other stubborn overuse injuries—can take 3-6+ months to reduce pain, remodel tissue, and return to normal activity levels. So here’s the question: Wouldn’t it be worth investing in 4-8 treatments and potentially be significantly better in roughly 8 weeks instead? Focused Shockwave Therapy uses targeted acoustic waves to stimulate healing, increase blood flow, promote tissue regeneration, and help your body recover more efficiently. Less time dealing with pain. Less time on the sidelines. More time doing what you love. Interested in learning if Shockwave is right for you? Send us a message or ask your provider at your next visit. 📸 @stot.co #dynamicperformanceandrecovery #dprpt #focusedshockwavetherapy #focusedshockwave #scottsdalept by @dprphysicaltherapy
PHYSICAL THERAPY ↩️ TREAT THE CAUSE, NOT THE SYMPTOMS At Dynamic Performance and Recovery, we don’t believe in simply treating where it hurts. We take the time to look at the whole person - how you move, where you’re compensating, what may be contributing to your symptoms, and why the problem developed in the first place. Because getting out of pain is only part of the process. Our goal is to heal, improve performance and reduce the risk of re-injury by addressing the cause, rebuilding capacity, and giving you the tools to continue improving long after your session ends. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, returning to sport, or looking to move and perform at your best, our approach is built around one principle: KAIZEN - Continuous Improvement. 📸 @stot.co #dynamicperformanceandrecovery #dprpt #dynamicphysicaltherapy #scottsdalephysicaltherapy #dynamicperformancetraining by @dprphysicaltherapy
