This Ramadan, DP World Foundation is distributing 15,000 Iftar meals daily across five dedicated locations in Dubai. Three accommodation camps across JAFZA, one at Dubai Customs Headquarters, and one at Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation Headquarters are serving workers and communities throughout the holy month.

In total, 450,000 meals will be provided, reflecting our continued commitment to our Food pillar and to ensuring workers wellbeing during Ramadan.

خلال شهر رمضان المبارك، تواصل مؤسسة دي بي ورلد الخيرية التزامها الإنساني من خلال توزيع 15,000 وجبة إفطار يوميًا عبر خمسة مواقع رئيسية في إمارة دبي.

وتشمل المبادرة ثلاثة معسكرات سكنية في المنطقة الحرة لجبل علي، إلى جانب موقع في مقر جمارك دبي، وآخر في مقر مؤسسة الموانئ والجمارك والمنطقة الحرة، بما يضمن وصول الدعم إلى العاملين والمجتمعات المستفيدة طوال الشهر الفضيل.

وبإجمالي يصل إلى 450,000 وجبة إفطار، يجسّد هذا البرنامج نهجًا راسخًا في دعم الأمن الغذائي وتعزيز رفاه العاملين، ترسيخًا لقيم العطاء والتكافل، وإحداث أثر مستدام يمتد لما بعد الشهر الكريم.

Through our Classrooms of Hope work in Luanda, we’ve enhanced a school with new classrooms, a library, a playground, and a multi-sports area, creating a brighter, safer space for learning and play for around 500 students.

Together, we’re building brighter futures through education.

من خلال أعمالنا ضمن مبادرة «فصول الأمل» في لواندا، قمنا بإعادة تطوير مدرسة ببناء فصول دراسية جديدة، ومكتبة، وملعب للأطفال، ومنطقة رياضية، لنوفّر مساحة أكثر إشراقًا وأمانًا للتعليم واللعب لنحو 500 طالب وطالبة.

معًا، نبني مستقبلًا أكثر إشراقًا من خلال التعليم.

After his wife had a stroke that left her bedridden and unable to speak, Karthikayan took on the responsibility of caring for her, from preparing meals to managing their home.

But as his own vision began to deteriorate, caring for his wife and managing their home became increasingly difficult. Eventually, he was told that glasses could no longer help.

Through our Light of Sight initiative, Karthikayan was able to receive cataract surgery.

In partnership with @noordubaifoundation we're helping bring critical eye care closer to communities, giving more people the opportunity to receive the treatment they need.

حين أصيبت زوجته بجلطة أفقدتها القدرة على الحركة والكلام، أصبح سندها في كل تفاصيل حياتها، يرعاها ويهتم بشؤون منزلهما، ويحرص على أن تجد إلى جانبه كل ما تحتاج إليه.

لكن مع مرور الوقت، بدأ بصره يضعف، وأصبحت تفاصيل الحياة اليومية التي اعتاد القيام بها من أجلها أكثر صعوبة، حتى لم تعد النظارات قادرة على مساعدته.

ومن خلال مبادرتنا "نور البصر"، تمكّن السيد كارثيكايان من الخضوع لعملية جراحية لإزالة المياه البيضاء، ليستعيد وضوح الرؤية، ويواصل دوره إلى جانب زوجته، كما اعتاد دائماً.

وبالشراكة مع مؤسسة نور دبي، نساهم في إيصال الرعاية المتخصصة للعيون إلى المجتمعات التي تحتاج إليها، إيماناً بأن نعمة البصر تتجاوز القدرة على الرؤية؛ فهي تمنح الإنسان القدرة على مواصلة حياته، والقيام بمسؤولياته، والبقاء سنداً لمن يحب.

نادراً ما نتوقف لندرك كم نعتمد على نعمة البصر في تفاصيل حياتنا اليومية.

في #اليوم_العالمي_للبصر، نتأمل أثر مبادرة "نور البصر" التي نعمل من خلالها على تقريب خدمات العناية بالعيون من المجتمعات، ومساعدة المزيد من الناس على رؤية العالم بوضوح أكبر.

فأن ترى وجهاً مألوفاً، أو تتحرك بثقة، أو تستمتع بتفاصيل لطالما اعتدنا عليها… هي أشياء قد تبدو بسيطة، لكنها تصنع فرقاً كبيراً في حياتنا.

في هذا اليوم، نحتفي بنعمة البصر، وبالأثر الذي يمكن أن تصنعه رؤية أوضح في كل يوم.

You wake up. Rub your eyes. Blink a few times. But the world around you still doesn’t come into focus.

For many people living with vision impairment, that blur doesn’t disappear.

Through Light of Sight, we’re helping bring eye screenings, cataract surgery and continued eye care closer to communities, giving more people access to the treatment they need to see clearly again.

تستيقظ صباحاً، تفتح عينيك… لكن العالم من حولك لا يزال ضبابياً.
تحاول أن ترى بوضوح، إلا أن الصورة أمامك تبقى بعيدة عن الوضوح.

بالنسبة للكثيرين ممن يعيشون مع ضعف في البصر، قد لا يزول هذا الضباب أبداً.

ومن خلال مبادرة نور البصر، نعمل على تقريب فحوصات العيون، وعمليات إزالة المياه البيضاء، والرعاية المستمرة للعين من المجتمعات التي تحتاج إليها، لنمنح المزيد من الناس فرصة الحصول على العلاج الذي يساعدهم على استعادة وضوح الرؤية، ورؤية عالمهم من جديد.

You make plans around the day you expect help to arrive.

You organise work. Arrange transport. Make plans at home. Sometimes, you put something else on hold because this needs to come first.

Then the date changes, and everything around it has to change too.

Whether someone is waiting for healthcare, food support, aid registration or another essential service, the timing of support can shape much more than the moment it arrives.

That’s why, through our work with partners, we focus on helping support reach people at the right time, when it can make the greatest difference.

أحياناً، يكون للموعد أثرٌ أكبر من الوقت الذي يشير إليه.

لأن وراء كل موعدٍ منتظر، تفاصيل تتأجل، وخطط تُرتّب، وأيام تُبنى على أمل أن يأتي الدعم في وقته.

وحين يتغيّر الموعد، لا يتغيّر يومٌ واحد فحسب، بل تتغيّر معه ترتيبات كثيرة.

We live in a world of notifications, but some realities never appear as one.

A clinic too far away. Nutritious food out of reach. No classroom to learn in.

We work to help bring healthcare, food and education closer to communities where they may not always be within reach.

Because some things are simply too important to be unavailable.

في عالمٍ يخبرنا بكل شيء، هناك احتياجات لا يظهر عنها أي تنبيه.

مركز صحي بعيد.
غذاءٌ مغذ لا يزال بعيد المنال.
وفصل دراسي لا يجد فيه طفلٌ مكاناً للتعلّم.

نعمل على جعل الرعاية الصحية والغذاء والتعليم أقرب إلى المجتمعات التي قد لا تصلها هذه الاحتياجات بسهولة.

DP World Foundation has announced a partnership with @asterhealthcare to support the development of a mobile clinic in Rwanda, bringing primary healthcare services closer to communities with limited access to medical facilities.

The mobile clinic will travel to underserved communities to provide medical consultations, screenings, preventive care and deliver health awareness campaigns, helping make early detection and essential healthcare more accessible. The partnership was announced at #DIHAD2026 as part of our continued efforts to expand access to healthcare where it is needed most.

انطلاقاً من إيماننا بأن الرعاية الصحية يجب أن تكون أقرب إلى من يحتاجها، أعلنت مؤسسة دي بي ورلد الخيرية عن شراكة مع أستر دي إم للرعاية الصحية لدعم تطوير عيادة متنقلة تصل إلى المجتمعات التي تفتقر إلى سهولة الوصول للمرافق الطبية.

ستتنقل العيادة بين هذه المجتمعات لتوفير الاستشارات والفحوصات الطبية، والرعاية الوقائية، إلى جانب نشر الوعي الصحي، بما يعزز فرص الكشف المبكر ويساعد المزيد من الأفراد على الحصول على الرعاية التي يحتاجونها في الوقت المناسب.

وأُعلن عن هذه الشراكة خلال معرض ومؤتمر دبي الدولي للإغاثة والتطوير «ديهاد 2026»، لتجسد التزامنا المستمر بتوسيع نطاق الوصول إلى الرعاية الصحية وإحداث أثر ملموس في المجتمعات الأكثر احتياجاً.
