Under the microscope: What cupping therapy actually does. 🔬✨
Unlike traditional massage that uses downward pressure, cupping uses suction to decompress the tissue. This creates a gentle lift that:
✔️ Releases stubborn fascial restrictions
✔️ Boosts localized blood flow and circulation
✔️ Speeds up muscle recovery and relieves deep tension
It’s the ultimate reset for tight, overworked muscles. Drop a ✋ if your back needs this today!
