Staying consistent with posting isn’t always easy with life’s challenges, but hey — better late than never!

Here’s some insightful info about acid reflux and how it affects both our lives and the health of our teeth. Shooting with @tamara_hachem was a real pleasure — check out her page @medicaleats for more! 🍔🥗

It’s not always easy to balance two worlds but at least I get to do what I love: orthodontics and managing my event venue. From the clinic to the dance floor, my aim is always to make the people around me smile.

We went to the same school, then the same university, and studied the same major. No wonder people think we’re twins! taken in Université Saint-Joseph de Beyrouth - USJ by @dr.abna

Becoming a #dentist is quite a journey 🦷 In #lebanon , It takes 5 years to study general dentistry, followed by an additional two to three years for any specialty. 8 years later, you will have to wait a few more to establish a proper patient base.

We had so much fun collaborating together! Here are some food and dental-related tips to keep your teeth healthy 👇

#tip1 🥤 Make sure to drink your coffee or any drink with colorants with a straw, preferably a metallic one for hot drinks. This will prevent your teeth from getting stained and, in case of whitening, will keep the results longer.

#tip2 🪥 Do not brush your teeth immediately after eating. Instead, wait for at least 30 minutes. This is especially important after consuming acidic foods or drinks, as they can soften your teeth. Brushing immediately after eating will wear away the softened tooth surface.

Being a dental medicine student takes a lot of energy, especially in a country in crisis like Lebanon. Maintaining a balanced life, focusing on healthy relationships, and prioritizing your health is the only way to stay sane. Also, music! Can’t live without it 😮‍💨🎹 Oh, and cut toxic people off 🙊

A small peek into what a female dentist could face during her practice. Unfortunately, in our society, some might think that only male dentists are capable of providing good dental care. Do you agree? 🤔
