BEAUTIFUL VENEERS DON’T CREATE BEAUTIFUL SMILES….

Few experiences in dentistry are more rewarding than watching someone see their new smile for the very first time.

What draws me to cosmetic dentistry is the unique intersection of science, precision, artistry, and human connection. Over time, I’ve learned that exceptional cosmetic dentistry starts with a healthy foundation; healthy teeth and gums, proper function, and thoughtful treatment planning. Every smile is unique, and I believe the treatment should be just as individualized. I enjoy studying facial proportions, tooth anatomy, smile dynamics, and function to create results that feel natural, balanced, and truly belong to each patient.

My goal is never to create a smile that is simply beautiful. It’s to create a smile that complements each patient’s unique features, functions harmoniously, and gives them the confidence to feel like the best version of themselves. by @dr.blakehamel

…SMILE DESIGN DOES

Every case presents its own unique clinical challenges, but they all share one thing in common. The transformation is never just physical. It is personal.

I wanted to take a moment to reflect on this case because it truly changed everything for me. It taught me that cosmetic dentistry is about so much more than technical hand skills or envisioning the final result. A beautiful and predictable outcome begins long before the final restoration, with thoughtful patient selection, comprehensive diagnosis, careful planning, and attention to every detail throughout the process.

I learned an incredible amount from this experience, and I could not be more grateful to the patient who trusted me and allowed me to learn alongside them throughout the entire process. This case shaped the way I approach cosmetic dentistry and reinforced how much I love what I do. I would not be the motivated cosmetic dentist I am today without this experience. by @dr.blakehamel

What a remarkable result. ✨

Four no-prep veneers seamlessly blended with four anterior full-coverage crowns.

A case like this is never the work of one person. It takes a truly talented laboratory technician, the amazing and knowledgeable Dental Theory team, and of course the invaluable mentorship of Dr. Karapasha.

None of it possible without our beautiful patient, who brings the final smile to life. 📸

Direct Composite Bonded Veneers🪽

This patient presented with developmental enamel hypo-mineralization affecting the maxillary central incisors. The affected hypomineralized enamel was conservatively removed with the goal to preserve as much healthy tooth structure as possible while delivering a result that blends with the surrounding dentition. More importantly, I was able to help this patient smile with confidence again.

What is enamel hypomineralization?✍🏼
Enamel hypomineralization is a developmental defect in which the enamel forms to a normal thickness but contains insufficient mineral content, primarily calcium and phosphate. As a result, the enamel is more porous, weaker, and more susceptible to discoloration, often appearing as chalky white, yellow, or brown patches. Depending on the severity, conservative restorative treatment such as direct composite veneers can provide an excellent esthetic solution while preserving healthy tooth structure.
