Today is a special day. It’s your birthday. There is a celebration in heaven. I cannot hug you, but I embrace the memory of you—I embrace your dignity, the love you gave me, your principles, and everything you taught me.

Today, I had a very important interview for my career. I thought of you before it began and could feel you by my side. You gave me confidence because you always believed in me, even when my self-esteem was wavering. I offer you these words of gratitude to fill you with pride. I love you beyond infinity.

Happy heavenly birthday 💐. by @dr.cesarvillegasmd

Gracias a Dios solo hubo daños materiales. Dios tiene un plan 🙏🏼

When you feel like you could lose your life in a split second, you realize how vulnerable we are and how fleeting our existence is. Today, I was involved in an accident that could have been much worse. Thank God there was only property damage. God has a plan for me . by @dr.cesarvillegasmd
