In alignment with 2024 intention of “rhythm & rituals”, I’ve been experimenting with astrology and it’s been eye-opening.
I now dance with the rhythms of the moon.
This new moon is in Virgo (I use the true sky not the zodiac sky) and so this month is about refinement.
Virgo gets pegged as perfectionist.
Thats not really its essence.
The quest of Virgo is not perfection but refinement to reveal God’s Perfection. ‘I saw the angel in the marble, and carved until I set him free’. by @dr.chi_

January is almost over &
some of us may be down in the dumps.
That New Year New Me vibration that
inspired your resolutions is fading fast.

That New You is no where to be found;
it’s still just you.
As the old adage goes:
where ever you go, there you are.

New Year’s resolutions aren’t magic,
they are momentum.
But if you are not an energetic match
to your goals,
there is no amount of momentum
that’ll get you there.

As the old proverb goes
“charity begins at home”.
We all want the “new year, new me” vibration to carry us to higher ground this year. But to lift off, you gotta let go of heavy cargo.

But, how to we actually do that?
First, start by telling the truth about all that baggage.
All those feelings you’ve been running from,
the inner inklings telling you
‘We can’t go on like this…’
this is the year to stop, listen, and feel it.

I had the pleasure of discovering @garrain.jones through the @dejablupodcast and his words really resonated within me. These are exciting times…the rage of being dis-eased that has been dormant for so long is becoming a revolution of light. This is true alchemy and I am here for it…I whole heartedly know we were not born to suffer but to transmute it by allowing it to become the soil we KNOW through; perceiving them as stepping stones to claiming our Self-Worth. Where ever you are along this transformation…keep going. We are all in this together 🙏🏾💜 by @dr.chi_

We’ve been conditioned to believe that self-sacrifice is not only good and noble but godly;
like Jesus did, right? #WWJD

This is how I was raised
this is the way I lived:
sacrifice; suffer; endure.
To be rewarded in heaven,
after death.

Thing is -
the proof is in the pudding.
This way of living is painful,
thankless, and useless.

In-despair, at my rock-bottom,
in-desperation, I asked:
is this what God intended?
Was I born to suffer?

Thing is-
Giving your God-Given power away
does not elevate -
it enables Takers
to continue being Takers by @dr.chi_

I’m still unpacking the full meaning of this.
But, at the very least, it points to the Truth that Being Human
is not a problem to be solved,
a plague to be avoided.

No.

Being Human is a condition to be embraced. Fully.

As a Human, Being…
you are not only connected to the Divine.
you ARE Divine.
That is who you IS.

Becoming aware of this,
is our awakening,
Being adept at Creating as this,
is mastery.

Stop avoiding, Start living
