The 5-Phase Strategy for Thesis Writing is a German method developed by Manuel Kröger @manuel.kroeger, and Dr. Daniela Palacios (me).

It is a step-by-step system that tells you what to do and when to do it, so that you stop wasting time in costly mistakes, rewrites and re-does.

It is EXACT system behind our coaching program, and it has helped more +900 full-time professionals working 40-60hrs a week, finish their Theses 5x Faster.

This Guide has been distributed +800 times in German and English languages, and you can get your copy now for only 7.00 Euros.

Hurry up, as we don’t know for how long we will keep this price.

Save this. If you are an international student planning a Master’s in Remote Sensing, GIS or Earth Observation in Germany.

Part 1 of 2.

These programs go deep into how satellite data is acquired, processed and engineered. Sensors, signal processing, orbit mechanics, 3D modelling, radar. They train you to understand and build the systems behind the data.

❤️ MSc Photogrammetry and Geoinformatics - HFT Stuttgart
My alma mater. LiDAR, point clouds, 3D modelling and radar. Directly connected to the German geomatics industry.

🛰️ EAGLE Applied Earth Observation and Geoanalysis - University of Würzburg
Python, R, cloud computing and large-scale satellite data. Active ties with DLR (German Aerospace Center).

🛰️ MSc ESPACE Earth Oriented Space Science and Technology - TU Munich
GNSS, orbit mechanics, satellite systems. DLR is an official cooperating institution.

🛰️ MSc Remote Sensing and Geoinformatics - KIT Karlsruhe
How satellite sensors and radar capture surface data. Machine learning for image analysis and signal processing.

🛰️ MSc Geodesy and Geoinformation Science - TU Berlin
Computer vision, 3D and 4D spatial modelling. Strong preparation for engineering roles in the geospatial industry.

🇩🇪 I went through the academic system in Germany as an international student and spent 6 years as a Research Scientist in the German Aerospace Center. If you need help with your application, send me a DM 🛰️

Picture this: you are at your desk, writing your thesis, and you get stuck.

"Is what I am writing correct?"
"Am I using the correct method?"
"Is this the statistical analysis I should use?"

Now picture asking your supervisor, then waiting five days or more for an answer. You do not stop writing while you wait. You keep going, on the same wrong assumption, for five more days.

What slows a thesis down is rarely a lack of ability. It is the lack of consistent feedback and the lack of a fast answer to a small question.

Now picture the same scenario, but you get an instant response. Do you think you would finish faster?

When we built this coaching company, we had one goal: meet students where they are, and give them exactly what they need, which is support. Most coaches in this industry are solo-entrepreneurs. They are running the entire business alone, the marketing, the sales calls, the admin, and the coaching itself, then trying to fit your questions into whatever time is left over between their own deadlines.

Nothing wrong with that. But whether you get an answer depends on their availability, not your needs.

We are a team of in-house coaches. This is our full-time work, not a side gig. That is the only reason we can answer you two, three, four, five times in a single day instead of once a week.

And guess what? We do not charge by the hour, because an hourly model rewards a coach for taking longer with you, not for finishing faster. We worked by results. The faster you finish, the better it is for us too.

Tips and how-to's will help you. They are useful. But feedback is what gets you across the finish line. Get it fast. Get it often.

If you are a full-time professional, the one resource you do not have is time. Every day you spend stuck on a question nobody answers is time you do not get back.

Follow me and DM me for a FREE 30-minute consultation call. We look at where you are, what is slowing you down, and whether we are the right fit to get you moving again

You think you are almost done with your thesis - and then your supervisor’s feedback buries you alive?

If this has happened to you, you are not alone.

To avoid this, what you need to do is get feedback frequently and over small sections of your work as you go.

The catch? Well, supervisors won’t do that. Not only because they can’t, but because they shouldn’t.

So now what?

That’s what a Thesis Coach does instead: reviews smalls sections of your work on a short consistent cycle, so you never write more than a few days, making sure you are not going in the wrong direction.

If you are full-time professional writing your Thesis and you keep loosing weeks of work to feedback that arrives too late, send me a DM for a 30 min FREE consultation, to find out if and how I can help you.

I lost all motivation during my PhD. There were days, if not weeks, when I would do absolutely nothing.

Then something would happen. Maybe I had a talk with a colleague that gave me pep talk, and I went back to it.

But this cycle repeated over and over.

It was until I learned to have discipline instead of motivation. I started to set daily and weekly goals that I could achieve, and it was a snowball effect.

I can teach you how to build the discipline you need.

Your thesis has one job, answer one question, and answer it well.

Easier said than done

One topic can pull you in a hundred directions. Every paper you read and its citations can take you somewhere new. New findings open new questions, and suddenly you have lost the thread of what you were actually trying to answer.

The moment I stopped following every “interesting” angle and committed to answer my research question, I could start making progress.

Focus is key!

Nobody told me my thesis was basically a crash course in real-world skills.

Turns out, learning to research deeply, think strategically, and deliver under pressure applies literally EVERYWHERE.

Do not outsource your skills.
