LIFE UPDATE: Thank God for allowing me to pass literally the hardest exam of my life. Dr. James asked us in 2020 upon starting our program: “how are you going to get through these next three years together?” so I wanted to take this time and share the honor of being able to speak at graduation on behalf of my class, but also pay homage to everyone who has supported me on this journey. Divine timing couldn’t have been more impeccable with our baby boy soon to be entering this world.

But as much as I’d love to take all of this time to bask in my blessings. I’d also like to remind everyone to continue to spread love and kindness whenever and wherever you can. There is so much tragedy occurring in todays world that a human heart can tolerate. Remember to continue to be well informed, give back when you can, and send your blessings to those who may need it the most especially during these dire times. My heart and prayers goes out to everyone affected by what is going on in the world today 🫶🏼

Dr. Erick Bayan Plazo. A decade in the making but this Filipino kid from LA did it. Through all the adversities and tribulations life had to offer, I’m here to tell you to never let anyone tell you what you can or can’t do. The sky’s the limit!
