Meet @dr.freddysanders, Creatorpreneur & Master Coach, Founder of @joinwinningos ⚡️

I am excited to announce, at 9:16pm Saturday, December 31, 2022, I was informed that the academic committee at the International University of Professional Studies officially approved my doctoral dissertation.

I officially entered 2023 as Dr. Frederick C. Sanders, Jr.!!! I now have combined Master of Arts and Ph.D. degrees in professional coaching and human development.

I am honored and humbled to have now completed this most enriching process in my academic career.

Thank you to IUPS staff and the academic committee for their time, energy, and consideration.

Thank you also to my outstanding mentor, Dr. Lloyd J. Thomas for being my champion and my hero during this journey. I will miss our talks and the relationship we nurtured over the last 2 years.

I also want to thank all of my family, friends, colleagues, and clients who supported throughout this intense and rigorous process.

I can’t even fully express how meaningful this moment is. What I will say is my “why” for taking on this academic work was not to put those glorious 3 letters behind my name. My intention was to create a significant contribution to the field of professional coaching. Furthermore, it was to continue my lifelong journey of learning and mastery at the highest level. I did that!

So, I will conclude with a plethora of love, thanks, and gratitude… And… Happy New Year!!!

New episode with @rennergycoaching!

Most of us learned early to show up as the strong one, the one who has it handled. But the mask is heavy, and the people meant for you can’t find you while you’re hiding behind it.

This week on When Kings Unite, we talk about embracing authenticity: closing the gap between who you are inside and who you let the world see.

Where are you still wearing the mask? 🎧 by @dr.freddysanders

Who are we?!?

We’re a brotherhood for BIPOC men. Black, Brown, and Indigenous men ready to uplevel, heal, show up more consciously, lead with love, and claim what they’ve always been worthy of, while in community.

Most rooms weren’t built for men to truly let themselves let go and drop. So we built one. 🔥

There are a million reasons not to. Most men need this work, and most men will resist it.

We’re not here to sell you. We’re here to be in deep community and grow together. 🤝🏾

DM to connect 🫱🏿‍🫲🏾
