Hey, let’s connect via a discovery call! Where in your life are you envisioning healing, growth, and expansion? #NLP #Hypnotherapy #SelfGrowth So, here’s something I’m working on... In my last video, I shared how for over a year, I’ve been holding back from recording myself talking about my business because it felt so uncomfortable But now (2nd video posting), I’m embracing that discomfort and excited for the growth that's to come from this! 1. Sitting with discomfort: It’s where growth happens 2. Producing MVPs (minimum viable products): I am showing up as I am, being patient with the process of learning new skills, and using the resources I currently have available, especially time I'm ok with not having fancy equipment, posting after a first or second take (bec time and patience 😆), not knowing much about lighting, editing, etc I'm really embracing the idea that great things happen when I put myself out there and let things evolve naturally. With time and experience, I will get to where I want to be. In the meantime, I am putting myself out there Does this resonate with you? In what area of your life can you put yourself out there just as you are RIGHT NOW? Growth happens when we take action🌱 by @dr.holistic.wellness

Made with love and intention 🤍 Energetically charged/Reiki infused 🙏🏽 Angel Suncatchers 🪽 These multifunctional suncatchers can be used in so many ways. Here are some examples: 🌞 Windows 🌳 Trees (think Christmas 🎄 trees) 🌿 Plants 🚗 Car rearview mirror 🧘 Meditation / sacred spaces 🌱 Greenhouse / sunroom 🏡 Porch / balcony 🔮 Some may be used as pendulums 🤍 Visual anchor for intention setting (read below+ feel free to reach out) (Note: Metal naturally oxidizes outdoors) They’re not only designed to brighten your space, but also to support wellness and subconscious reprogramming ☀️ ➡️ How to use your suncatcher as an intentional anchor: Assign your piece an intention: an emotion, affirmation, or action you want to ✨anchor✨ in. Every time you look at it—whether in your home, your car, or any creative place—you’re reminded of your intention This gentle repetition helps rewire your brain and create new neural pathways similar to modalities like Hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), which are services I provide @dr.holistic.wellness ☀️ Examples of Anchoring: 🤍A reminder to practice gratitude 🩷A gentle nudge to take a deep breath 💚A positive affirmation 💛An invitation to smile (changes brain chemistry) 🙏🏽Why It Matters: Each time you see your suncatcher or car charm, your subconscious mind reinforces your chosen anchor. Over time, this creates powerful and lasting inner shifts—even when you no longer consciously think about it 🧠 …. Available at multiple locations in Austin, Texas or purchase directly from me. Custom orders and wholesale available 👏🏼 Sold at: (See intro, pinned list, or tags) If you have a shop or studio and are interested in carrying my pieces through consignment or wholesale, I would love to chat 🫶🏼 Looking forward to hearing from you! 💫 Thank you for supporting my business by linking, sharing, commenting, and/or purchasing 💛🌻☀️ #suncatchers #intentionalsuncatchers #carcharms #pendalums #austinsmallbusiness by @dr.holistic.wellness
Testimonial written 4/22/2025 (Yes, I’m behind with posting 🤪) 🤍Past Life Reading Testimonial “I’m so grateful I got to experience a past lives reading from Isabella! She truly has a gift! The space she provides is so comforting and trusting. She takes time to answer questions and explains her process. The reading was so insightful and I could relate it to some patterns I have experienced in this lifetime. It really made me feel more whole knowing pieces of my souls journey. I highly recommend experiencing this with Isabella!” ✨What did you like the most about your session with Dr. Isabella? ✨ “The passion she has for what she does, there are no real words it’s just the energy that fills the space, it’s beautiful to experience! I like that she asked questions and made me feel comfortable and answered my questions as well.” Most one-on-one past life readings take place online. Private group readings can also be arranged, either virtually or in person, with a minimum group size requirement 🙌🏼 #pastlifereading #akashicrecords #subconsciousmind #drholisticwellness by @dr.holistic.wellness
Tonight was pure magic at the Bienestar & Books gathering at Lark & Owl Booksellers! Led by our incredible host, Cindy Ramirez of Austin Latinas Unidas (@austinlatinasunidas), being surrounded by such supportive, powerful women reminded me why creating and holding safe spaces is at the heart of everything we do.  When I introduced myself tonight, I shared about creating safe spaces for women by establishing Girl Flock Party, the events we host, and the community we’ve built through our Facebook group. Feeling the warmth, love, stories, and energy in the room tonight truly grounded that message home. A few highlights from a deeply soulful evening: 🧿 Reconnecting with my friend Cynthia Ramirez, owner of The Sacred Flame (@the_sacred_flame_tx), former GFP scholarship recipient, and our wonderful host as an Ambassador of ALU! 🧿 Reconnecting with Dr. Isabella, Ph.D. (@dr.holistic.wellness)! We first met at our recent clothing swap and have been following each other on Instagram ever since. 🧿 Meeting Dr. Denise Simpson, Ph.D. (@drdenisesimpson), with whom I shared an instant connection and deep mutual respect. 🧿 Soaking in all the thoughtful, loving details, from receiving inspiring stickers to selecting a heart-shaped piece of rose quartz out of a bowl. 🧿 Picking out our talisman bracelets! I wasn’t initially connecting with mine, but Cynthia, knowing me so well, chose the absolute perfect one for me. 🧿 Getting to go home with a beautiful handcrafted reiki infused suncatcher made by Dr. Isabella herself (@love.suncatchers)! 🧿 Working through the Wellness Edition worksheet guided by Dr. Isabella: sharing our celebrations, reflecting on what we like about ourselves, and having such rich, deep conversations that we ran out of time and left with “homework”! A heartfelt thank you to Cynthia, Dr. Isabella, and Dr. Denise - these wonderful women gave so generously of their time, input, stories, support, and love. I truly felt it tonight. My soul is full. 🩷 #AustinLatinasUnidas #DrIsabella #BienestarAndBooks #GirlFlockParty #MeaningfulConversations by @dr.holistic.wellness
