I did my part and so excited about it! I canā€™t complain about what Iā€™m not willing to participate in Iā€™m intentional! #keithharley #vote #intentional #didmypart #grateful by @dr.keithharley
Hey, family. Itā€™s Election Day. If youā€™re eligible and havenā€™t voted yet, make a plan to go today. šŸ—³ļø The midterms come halfway between presidential elections. Across the country, all 435 U.S. House seats and about a third of U.S. Senate seats are up for election. These are the people who help write federal laws and decide how federal money is spent. Give that same attention to the choices closer to home. Read your whole ballot. Depending on where you live, you may be voting on local races or measures that affect school funding, road repairs, parks, and other services you use every day. Look up what each office does and what each measure would change. Find your polling place and check your hours at Vote.gov. Here in Texas, polls close at 7 p.m. local time. After you vote, follow updates from your election office and give workers time to count. Then choose one thing you can do close to home this month. Go to a city council or school board meeting. Volunteer with a neighborhood group. Ask an elected official where they stand on an issue you care about, then follow what they do. To me, thatā€™s part of intentional living. Pay attention to whatā€™s happening where you live, cast your ballot, and put one local action on your calendar. #IntentionalLiving #ElectionDay #Midterms #Vote by @dr.keithharley

Sunday Reset: fresh flowers, fresh inspiration, and fresh intentions. šŸ¤ Today, I visited CB2 to explore Casa Dean, the new collection by Swizz Beatzā€”Grammy-winning producer, art collector, and husband of Alicia Keys. Inspired by the home they share in La Jolla, he worked with designer Evan Jerry and CB2 to bring art, music, family, and everyday comfort together. His vision celebrates beautiful spaces where people can relax, connect, and actually enjoy living. And that speaks to everything I love about Intentional Living. Every Sunday, Iā€™m intentional about bringing fresh flowers into my home. Itā€™s a simple ritual that brings me joy and reminds me to make every day an experience. You donā€™t have to wait for company or a special occasion to enjoy something beautiful. Then, itā€™s time to light my Intentional Living candle, settle in with my Intentional Living Journal, and make room for the week ahead. What am I grateful for? What deserves my attention? What experience will I create just for the joy of it? Give yourself a Sunday reset, too. Arrange the flowers. Set the atmosphere. Open your journal. Write down one intention youā€™re ready to put into action. Letā€™s enter this week with purpose, excitement, and room for something wonderful. āœØ Whatā€™s one thing youā€™re doing today to make your week feel fantastic? Intentional Living. Elevated. #SundayReset #IntentionalLiving #KeithHarley #CasaDean #CB2 by @dr.keithharley
#ad We make time for appointments, workouts, work and even vacationsā€”but sometimes we forget to make time for the people who matter most. Iā€™m learning that connection takes intention. Instead of saying, ā€œWe need to get together sometime,ā€ make the call. Set the date. Put it on the calendar. Create the moment. Because living well isnā€™t only about where we go, what we accomplish or what we haveā€”itā€™s also about staying connected to the people who make life better. Whoā€™s one person youā€™ve been meaning to call? Make that call today. ā¤ļø Visit AARP.org/connect to discover more ways to stay connected. @aarp #IntentionalLiving #StayConnected #LivingWell #LifeAfter50 by @dr.keithharley
Wondering what Iā€™m thinking? āœØ About who I want gathered around this table. The conversations I want to have. The places I still want to seeā€”and how I want to feel while Iā€™m building this next chapter. I love a great outfit and a beautiful room. But I want to fill them with memories, laughter, and people who make me feel at home. Thatā€™s intentional living to me: putting as much thought into how I spend my days as I do into what I wear. What are you making more room for in your life? #IntentionalLiving #KeithHarley #MakeEveryDayAnExperience #lifestyle by @dr.keithharley
