It’s like really REAL! Clapping LOUD AFFFF for myself!! Nobody understands the doubts, the depression, the seasons and feeling of missing out! I wanted better, I prayed and asked God for better! I remember coming home, not even 48 hours after giving birth and completing a whole chapter, that’s how determined I was! Every tear was a seed being sown for more! I had this “crazy” idea of celebrating Raegan’s 1st birthday out of town. My husband and I talked it over for months lol, IYKYK 😮‍💨

After finally convincing him. We pulled it off! Our girl is BLESSED! Thank you to everyone that came, everyone that called, texted, for every social media post. We felt the love the entire day and so did she! Before I put her down for bed last night, I told her she’s so blessed and loved, Raegan looked at me and put her little head in my chest!! Mission completed!

I can’t thank our family and friends enough for traveling, being here, and the ways in which you all love our family! I am one grateful mama! We are one blessed family! 💕

To my daughter, my girl, my baby! Happy 1st birthday. Of course, you can’t read any of this yet but one day, you will! I am so blessed to be your mama. I remember finding out about you, just with anything that is new, I was scared but so excited! After hearing I probably would not be able to have any children to carrying you almost full term with hardly any complications, I knew God had a purpose and a plan for you, for us, for our family. Raegan, the past year has been so much fun! Watching you grow, develop your own little personality, facial expressions, little giggles, bites, hugs, scratches and dance moves has warmed my heart and soften my soul. You are exactly what I needed after grief, after failures, after doubts, and fears! I might not get everything right, or have the answers to all your questions but I promise you, I will try my best and love you forever! Happy birthday to my first biological child! We never know what we need until it’s in front of us. Dear God, thank you! My babies bring me so much joy! I love a little harder, care more, and I’m calmer, more patient, and always there!
