There is a quiet authority that comes
when you stop negotiating with your truth.

When you trust your timing.
When you let things end
without forcing them to happen.

When you stop searching for yourself
and start inhabiting yourself.

And this is where this moon finds me.

I no longer soften my truth to keep connection.

I release the need to be understood.

I honor the pause that allows authentic movement to happen.

I’m safe enough to be whole.

31.12.2025 ✨️

I’ve always loved the last day of the year —
as much as I love the solstices and my birthday.

I believe in the magic of closing cycles.

Today is the last day of 2025.
All over the world, there’s this shared feeling of letting go.
And it almost doesn’t matter whether this year was gentle or hard —
tomorrow will be 2026 anyway.

That’s what this day reminds me of:
the impermanence of life,
and how important it is to honor our cycles.

Some cycles end quietly.
Others surprise us, stretch us, shake things loose.

This year did that for me.
It asked me to let go, to trust space,
and to open up even when life felt like an earthquake around me.

In the middle of the chaos, I was held.
And after many years of searching, I found home.
I am home now — wherever I go.

I’m grateful for this year.

Deeply grateful.

For the clarity that only comes after things fall apart.
For the reminder that home isn’t something I need to chase —
it’s something I can feel inside myself.

And for the beautiful people in my life
who held me when my legs were shaking.
Thank you for your open arms
and your strong, steady shoulders.

I’m not rushing into what’s next.
I open my arms in trust
and close my eyes to see.
I receive 2026 with an open heart.

🎄 Merry Christmas 🎄

For me, Christmas is a time of togetherness,
love, and truly appreciating each other.
Independent of religion.

This year, Cris and I have the gift
of being in the same place,
living this moment consciously,
with gratitude and presence.
For me, this is the greatest gift of all. 🤍

And from my heart: thank you.
To this community, to my patients,
to every story shared with me in trust,
to every moment you take to come see me or to read my words.
you are true gifts to me.

I wish you a Christmas full of presence.
May you not lose yourself in the outside world.
May you stay close to yourself
and from this place of self-love,
meet others with an open heart.

May you feel loved,
exactly as you are.
