POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

It was an incredible honor to travel to Guatemala in the beginning of this month with amazing humans from around the world — all united by one purpose: to deliver quality healthcare with heart.

A heartfelt thank you to FIGS @wearfigs and Project C.U.R.E. @projectcure for this opportunity. Serving in a country that represents my roots — where my mom’s family is from. It was more than just a trip. It was a full-circle moment. I felt seen, heard, and home.

From the early morning fireworks, barking dogs, and crowing roosters… to the rainy afternoons, the laughter over delicious meals, and the life-changing moments with patients. I wouldn’t change a single thing about this experience or this team.

Impact is the imprint of care that remains long after we’re gone — the relief in a patient’s smile, the inspiration of future healthcare providers, and renewed hope in someone’s spirit. Through chiropractic care, I didn’t just treat pain; I helped restore movement, confidence, and belief in possibility.

To my team — we showed up, poured our hearts out, and made a difference together. I’m proud of each one of you. When healthcare feels heavy, remember: your purpose matters, your presence matters, and what you do truly leaves an impact.

A year ago this October, I had the opportunity to join FIGS and Project CURE on an Impact Trip alongside some truly amazing humans in Guatemala.

Looking back, I’m reminded of what I do matters. Being able to use my skills to serve others and make a meaningful difference in someone’s life is something I’ll never take for granted.

Grateful for the experience, the people, and the reminder that healthcare is about more than just treating—it’s about serving.

Here’s to continuing to serve others and make an impact wherever we can.

Espresso is officially back in the rotation.

Coffee has always been my favorite part of the morning, so wearing this color just feels right. ☕️
