What an amazing time (as always) to attend @joinunchartedcommunity’s Uncharted Summit for founders & funders. So many amazing entrepreneurs connecting to talk about what business has been, is, can, and will be in the future. Sponsored by and hosted by Priceline’s founder Michael Loeb, this annual event in Southampton has funded over $16 Million to new startups and connected founders and funders generating billions in annual revenue to connect for greater business collaborations. Without impactful programs like @ey_us’s Entrepreneurs Access Network, I wouldn’t get to stand in rooms like these. Grateful to have been accepted into these communities. #lifeisgood #entrepreneur #life #entrepreneurship #uncharted taken in Southampton, New York by @dr.marlon.gray

EY’s World Entrepreneur of the Year 2026 did not disappoint! So many entrepreneurs with powerful causes and profound world impact. It’s an honor to be in these rooms and each time it’s a reminder that there is much more road to cover and no matter how hard that road gets, it’s those that keep stepping that reach their desired destinations. #lifeisgood #weoy #monaco #entrepreneurlife taken in Monte-Carlo, Monaco by @dr.marlon.gray

One of the greatest honors of success is the opportunity to give back. This year’s HBCU Entrepreneurship & Innovation event was a success. Not only did we listen and give feedback of innovative pitches from some of the brightest students in the country, but we shared stories and gave scholarships. #lifeisgood by @dr.marlon.gray

I’m grateful to be able to announce this morning that @weareempoweru made it to #126 on @incmagazine ‘s fastest growing companies in the Northeast Region for 2026! Despite headwinds that have created a maelstrom of challenges within the waters of business for many, we are remaining mission-driven, focused and relevant - moving with purpose on purpose. #grateful #entrepreneur #entrepreneurship #lifeisgood by @dr.marlon.gray

Asked Chat like everyone else this morning and while it does a decent job at describing me, drawing no so much. After first drawing my 30 year old Turkish neighbor Allan, it drew Tyler the Creator, then gave up and asked me for a picture of me as reference. It gave up on that too and just took the image and put computer chips behind it. I can’t lol…. by @dr.marlon.gray

10 years in. 10 years of ups, downs, tears, laughter, resilience and growth. 10 years in and still 10 toes down and marching on. Grateful for the team @weareempoweru being there for each other over this journey. The road wasn’t and isn’t always smooth, but together we always find our way through. Looking forward to what the future holds. Cheers! #entrepreneur #life #community #work #lifeisgood photography/videography by @smitty_and_severe taken in New York, New York by @dr.marlon.gray

On December 4th, 1906, an Ice Cold Tuesday, on the campus of Cornell University, the first Black fraternity was born. Last night the @brickcityalphas celebrated 119 beautiful years of manly deeds, scholarship, and love for all mankind. We love our ΑΦΑ.
