how to study 5,6,7,8,9,10 hours (without losing your mind 🥹🏝️ 🎠 ritual : create a short, non-negotiable 2–3 minute ritual before each study block — like rubbing an ice cube on your wrists, solving a riddle, or reading one motivational quote aloud. These little jolts create a neural bridge to focus and train your brain to associate the ritual with getting serious.🎠dopamine boosts : Use random, tiny rewards that trigger dopamine: roll a dice before each session — if you land a 6, you get a fancy coffee or a 10-min scroll break. The unpredictability creates excitement, which overrides boredom-based burnout🎠 before sleep: you’re studying for long hours daily, don’t go straight from focus mode to Netflix. Instead, spend the last 10–15 minutes before bed doing absolutely nothing stimulating — stare out the window, journal nonsense, or fold clothes. This creates a cognitive cooldown, improving memory consolidation and mental recovery for the next day🎠 Task Block: time varies from what you’re doing that day. Task block- put a task before doing something for example I need to get so and so done immediately before anything else. how to trick your brain into studying long hours🧠I’ve always had a hard time trying to concentrate for more than 30 mins before playing a song or moving around or just stopped studying so here are a few tricks to rewire your brain🧠 start with what you don’t know, reading a topic you’ve studied before and studying it again will make you quit the subject but if u start with a topic you’re not confident about then go to the one you’ve studied before, you will be studying the second topic longer plus you’ve done another extra topic on top of it 🧠 reward system might work great for others but for me after my first reward of a break that break just never ends.. instead of rewarding yourself with a break , give yourself a 5 mins time out whenever you feel like scrolling not doing anything then get back to studying cause wasting 5 mins on nothing is better than one hour on scrolling 🧠 trick your mind into thinking you’ve to study this topic harder. After u read a topic close the book try to remember everything you’ve studied and once u realise u can’t recall it much u will have to study it again but with better details to remember If you want to know a schedule I would use for a day to study long hours using these above methods Comment study and I’ll send you a dm ❤️Thanks for reading till here 🩵 by @dr.nightowl_

I understand you prob discovered something to get it named after you, but how am I supposed to connect Rockwell to upper GI haemorrhage or duke to anal cancer!? How does one remember all these names Don’t even get me started on classifications with name of the countries!? Like how am I suppose to connect Atlanta to pancreas and Japanese to Choledochal cyst?
