It might sound wild that I adjust both babies and animals… but It’s more similar than you’d think 🤍

Because neither of them responds to force, pressure, or “trying harder.” They respond to how something feels.

And if you’ve ever been around a baby or an animal, you already know this— they can sense energy instantly. They know when something feels safe… and when it doesn’t.

So my job isn’t to do more.
It’s to slow down enough to meet them where they are.

To soften.
To listen.
To create an environment their nervous system can trust.

And here’s the part that might hit home for you…
your body works the same way.

You don’t heal when you’re rushed, overwhelmed, or pushed. You heal when you feel safe.

That’s why adjusting babies and animals has taught me so much; because it’s a constant reminder that healing isn’t about force… it’s about connection ✨

Sometimes the best adjustment starts with waiting. Waiting for the right moment when the nervous system says, “okay, I’m ready.”

Animal chiropractic isn’t about forcing a correction. It’s about meeting the animal where they are and working with their body…not against it. The goal isn’t to adjust the horse as quickly as possible. The goal is to find the moment when the horse is ready to receive it. 🐴 by @dr.noellewhite

A baby’s nervous system develops through relationship. Before they can regulate themselves, they rely on a steady presence of a caregiver to help them move through stress, arousal, and emotion. Your voice, touch, presence & response all contribute to co-regulation and over time these experiences build the foundation for self-regulation 💛 taken in Salt Lake City, Utah by @dr.noellewhite

The next generation is learning from what we model every day, often in ways we don’t even realize.

Maybe changing the future doesn’t always look like something big, but how we show up for ourselves and others. by @dr.noellewhite

We’re all here, in this world, doing this life for the very first time. No one has it all figured out. No one has lived your exact life before.

Be gentle with yourself. We’re all figuring it out for the first time. You’re allowed to be a work in progress. 🤍 by @dr.noellewhite
