Building my team has taught me that prior derm experience is not a predictor of performance or fit @boutik.dermatology

Drive, curiosity, coachability, and a genuine desire to understand the why — these are the traits that you can not train, and these are the traits that support me to perform at my highest level for my patients.

She started without derm experience and leaves 2.5 years leaves as the blueprint team member.
