My wife turns retwist appointments for our autistic so into an all day event.

I treat them like an oil change.

Drop him off.
Get the retwist.
Pick him up.

My success rate: 100%.

Her method is stressful.
Mine is efficient. 😂💈

Breaking News: Dr. Prince Blue is Official!

I am beyond proud to announce that I have officially passed my dissertation defense and earned my Doctorate in Criminal Justice from Saint Leo University! This journey has been filled with challenges, but every late night, every obstacle, and every sacrifice was worth it.

I couldn’t have done this alone. To my incredible wife @tyeekia , thank you for being my rock through it all. To my dissertation committee, I appreciate your guidance and for pushing me to bring out my best work. To my family, friends, and everyone who supported me—your encouragement kept me going when things got tough.

But this is just the beginning. My mission doesn’t stop here. I will continue to shed light on police work-related stress and mental health, using my research to create real change.

I’m convinced firefighters are just undercover cops. 😂🚒🚓 They show up to every police call, ask a million questions, and somehow still manage to be everybody’s favorite first responders. Y’all ain’t fooling me! 🤣💀 #ThinRedLine #ThinBlueLine #FirstResponders #firefighter by @dr.princeblue

Went away for the weekend, and apparently my son missed his daddy more than I realized. ❤️😂

My son may be non-verbal, but trust me, he has NEVER had a problem communicating how he feels. He makes up for the lack of words with his actions, and today he made it VERY clear how much he missed me.

Sometimes the loudest expressions of love don’t require a single word. 💙🥹

A little late with the Halloween post! 🎃😂

This year, I went as Bob Ross. 🎨🌳 The calm, peaceful, soft-spoken version of me. My alter ego for when I’m being an asshole. 🤣

Because sometimes I need to remind myself that there are no mistakes… just happy little accidents. Even when I’m the accident. 💀😂

Dropping my autistic son off at daycare is like introducing Kane to the WWE. 😂🤣

Everything is peaceful until HIS MUSIC HITS! 🔥💀

BAH GAWD! THAT’S GOTTA BE PRINCETON! 😭😂

The staff already know business is about to pick up! 💀🤣

From folks practically dressing like WHORES at the gym to the controversy surrounding the R-word, private group chats getting exposed, and everybody suddenly acting like the morality police—we’re unpacking the outrage, hypocrisy, double standards, and selective pearl-clutching that have folks losing their DAMN MINDS!

When your neighbors are NFC East opps, especially Dallas Cowboys fans. 😂🦅 The whole division might suck right now, but don’t get it twisted. It’s STILL ON SIGHT when we see each other! 🤣💀 Rivalries don’t take days off! #FlyEaglesFly #NFCEast #CowboysSuck #dallascowboys #neighbors by @dr.princeblue

Some of y’all love making controversial statements until people challenge you. Then suddenly, the comments are off. 😂 You wanted attention, not accountability. #relatable #socialmedia #reels #unbothered #cmon by @dr.princeblue

My PTO request for 2030 just got denied. 😭😂 Apparently, “planning ahead” is only encouraged when it benefits the company. 💀 #relatable #working #reels #employee by @dr.princeblue
