What made WEL so POWERFUL? The WOMEN in the room. šŸŒāļø The WEL Conference brought together an extraordinary international community of women entrepreneurs, leaders and professionals from around the world. Most held doctorates and multiple advanced degrees, and each brought a wealth of knowledge, experience and perspective. I was deeply honored to share ā€œThe Great Confidence Shiftā€ with this exceptional audienceā€”and proud to receive the Certificate of Achievement for a ā€œPhenomenal and Worthy Oral Presentation.ā€ These experts in their field didnā€™t simply attend. They participated, challenged ideas, shared their stories and brought their own incredible energy into the room. To every woman I met in Venice: THANK YOU. The learning, inspiration and ENERGY absolutely went both ways. I left WEL feeling the LUVVV! ā¤ļøšŸ§ šŸ”„ LETā€™Z GRROOOOW! #WEL2026 #WomenEntrepreneurs #WomenInLeadership #GlobalLeadership #KeynoteSpeaker by @dr.rickperea
Ciao, Venice. Buongiorno, Roma! šŸ‡®šŸ‡¹ We left the beautiful canals of Venice behind and made our way to Rome, where every corner tells a story. Weā€™ve taken in the ancient ruins, the Roman-ains (see what I did there? šŸ˜‚), the Vatican, incredible cuisine and some truly iconic spots, including the historic Hotel Forum. Iā€™ve gotta say, an Italian journey is ALWAYS a good idea. The architecture, the people, the food, the culture and centuries of history make every day feel like an adventure. Rome, you are one beautiful CHECKUP FROM THE NECK UP! ā¤ļøšŸ§ šŸ #RomeItaly #Roma #ItalianJourney #TravelItaly #italy by @dr.rickperea
A Sunday kind of loveā€¦ Italian style. šŸ‡®šŸ‡¹ā¤ļø After an incredible experience motivating, connecting and performing at the WEL Conference, Iā€™m taking time to recharge by wandering the beautiful streets and canals of Venice. The scenery. The cuisine. The history. The shopping. And my absolute favorite partā€”the company. Thereā€™s no one Iā€™d rather explore the world with than my beautiful wife and best friend, Alyda. Life is meant to be experienced, shared and LOVEDā€”and Iā€™m grateful for every adventure we get to enjoy together. Hereā€™s to slowing down, soaking it all in and making memories with the person you love most. Ciao from Venice! šŸ‡®šŸ‡¹šŸ„‚ā¤ļø #SundayKindOfLove #VeniceItaly #ItalianAdventure #LoveAndLife #TravelTogether by @dr.rickperea
What an incredible experience in Venice! šŸ‡®šŸ‡¹šŸŽ¤ Today, I had the honor of taking the stage at the WEL 2026 International Conference to present ā€œThe Great Confidence Shift: Position Yourself for Greater Opportunities.ā€ Together, we explored an idea Iā€™ve seen proven throughout more than 30 years in performance psychology: confidence isnā€™t something you wait to feel. Itā€™s something you build through intentional action. We talked about how to: āœØ Challenge the mental patterns holding us back āœØ Build sustainable confidence āœØ Strengthen a high-performance mindset āœØ Communicate with greater impact āœØ Navigate change and step into new opportunities āœØ Lead with clarity, resilience and purpose A heartfelt thank-you to the WEL Conference planning team for the invitation, the thoughtful coordination and the opportunity to share this message with such an inspiring international community. Iā€™m leaving the stage feeling grateful, energized and even more confident in what becomes possible when we choose to take that next step. Venice got a serious CHECKUP FROM THE NECK UP today! ā¤ļøšŸ§ šŸ”„ LETā€™Z GRROOOO! #WEL2026 #WELConference #TheGreatConfidenceShift #Confidence #LeadershipDevelopment @PerformancePsychology @welconferences by @dr.rickperea
LA DOLCE VITA! šŸ‡®šŸ‡¹ā¤ļø A little R&R before tomorrowā€™s BIG stage at the WEL 2026 International Conference. I LUVVV life! And sometimes loving life means slowing down, getting lost in the streets and canals of Venice, tasting the food, taking in the beauty and enjoying every moment with the person you love. My beautiful wife, Alyda, and I are soaking up the Italian vibes today while I prepare to bring the ENERGY tomorrow for ā€œThe Great Confidence Shift.ā€ šŸŽ¤šŸ§ šŸ”„ Rest isnā€™t separate from high performance. Itā€™s part of it. You have to make time to recharge, reconnect and remember what youā€™re working so hard to experience. Today, we wander. Tomorrow, we GROOOO! A little behind-the-scenes look at something incredibly close to my HEARTā€”a documentary currently in the making. šŸŽ„ā¤ļøšŸ§  This past Saturday, some of the most meaningful people in my life came together to help bring this visionā€”and my storyā€”to life. I couldnā€™t feel more grateful. To my amazing wife, Alyda; my best friend, Shar (@itsmesharlam) ; and my lifelong friend and former Denver Bronco, Chris Brewer, who has been by my side since high school: thank you for showing up, sharing your stories and walking this journey alongside me. Forever friends. šŸ§”šŸ’™ Some bonds go way beyond the game. Iā€™m grateful for the brothers who have been in my corner through championships, challenges and everything in between:ā€ØšŸˆ @d_brutjr30 ā€ØšŸˆ @ryanharris_68 ā€ØšŸˆ @emmanuelsanders Thank you to these incredible men and their families for helping tell the story of what it was like to work together, support one another and bring home the Denver Broncosā€™ Super Bowl 50 championship. šŸ† Champions on the field. Family for life. Performance isnā€™t only about what you doā€”itā€™s about who you do it with. To the talented people behind the camerasā€”producing, recording, capturing every moment and keeping the day running smoothlyā€”THANK YOU: šŸŽ¬ Andrew Johnston | @ajohnston41 ā€ØšŸŽ„ Shelby Sampson | @shelbysamp7 ā€ØšŸŽžļø Jarrod Sumpter | @justbaslproductions ā€ØšŸ“ø Yumi Soto | @visualstudioplus And to my marketing mastermind, Courtney Mamuscia @courtneymamuscia), who is working hard to share all of this contentā€”and this journeyā€”with the world. ā¤ļøšŸ”„ This documentary may tell part of my story, but that story was shaped by the extraordinary PEOPLE who believed in me, challenged me and stood beside me along the way. The stage may get the spotlight, but incredible events are built by the people working behind the scenes. šŸŽ¤ā¤ļø A special thank-you to Andrea Baldrica and Mary Hallman from HUB International for the care, coordination and ENERGY they brought to the 2026 HUB Colorado Leadership Summit. From the planning conversations to the final moments at Empower Field, you made me feel welcomed, supported and ready to deliver. Your attention to every detail created an experience where the speakers could focus on serving the audienceā€”and where Colorado leaders could truly connect, learn and grow. Andrea and Mary, I appreciate your trust, your professionalism and everything you did to bring this powerful day to life. You didnā€™t simply organize an event. You created an environment for IMPACT. LUVVV working with the HUB International team. Thank you for inviting me back onto the field! šŸŸļøšŸ§ šŸ”„ #keynotespeaker #motivarionalspeaker #performancepsychology #drrickperea #neckup by @dr.rickperea
ONE OF THE COOLEST PARTS OF MY JOB? THE PEOPLE! ā¤ļøšŸ§ šŸ”„ At this weekā€™s HUB International Colorado Leadership Summit, I learned that I was the most-requested speaker to return for a second year. WOW. What an honor! šŸ™ But the best moment came after my session, when the incredible Hanna shared what happened after hearing me speak last year. She took the S.I.T. Protocol and built it into her everyday lifeā€”using it to work through health challenges, break past mental blocks and keep moving forward. Now sheā€™s preparing to complete her THIRD marathon in six months this weekendā€”and sheā€™s already looking ahead to CRUSHING the Chicago Marathon next year! šŸƒā€ā™€ļøšŸ…šŸ”„ The message may have provided a framework, but HANNA DID THE WORK. Her story is proof that your current situation does not have to become your final destination. You can change your thinking. You can change your actions. And you can change what comes next. Now THAT is living at 212Ā°! Hanna, keep running, keep believing and keep GROOOING! ā¤ļøšŸ§ šŸ”„ #HUBInternational #PerformanceMindset #MentalStrength #CheckupFromTheNeckUp #DrRickPerea by @dr.rickperea
