Was tun, wenn ultra-dünne Restaurationen benötigt werden – und das Chairside?

Dieser Fall war technisch anspruchsvoll. Was du hier siehst, ist nur ein kleiner Ausschnitt.

Mein Vorgehen (Step-by-Step):
1. Das Veneer wurde komplett intraoral aus Composite modelliert – ohne Präparation, ohne Bonding.
2. Anschließend extraoral bearbeitet und angepasst: in Farbe, Form & Oberflächentextur.
3. Das finale Veneer hatte eine Stärke von nur 0,2–0,5 mm – minimalinvasiv, maximal präzise.

Dieser Fall zeigt: Auch ohne Labor lässt sich mit klarer Technik und strukturierter Herangehensweise ein ästhetisch präzises Ergebnis erzielen – minimalinvasiv und individuell angepasst.

Eine 7-jährige Studie zeigte eine Überlebensrate von 91,3 % bei indirekten Composite-Veneers ohne Präparation.
