This is my second time being featured on an international cover of Vanity Fair… and I am so grateful. ✨

Photographed and filmed by cinematographer Ben Braun inside the iconic Versace Mansion in Miami modeling a couture gown designed by Brian David Thompson. And yet, this moment is about so much more than the glamour.

This article calls me the “Architect of Impact”… because for me, it’s all about making a profound difference in the lives of others in need.

From the classroom to the worldwide stage, my mission has always been the same: help people feel seen, step into their power, and rise. Through Inspiring Lives International and The Global Sisterhood, that purpose continues to grow beyond the borders.

Thrilled about all the huge media projects that are about to launch from TV to film … stage and everything between, to help empower women around the world!

Because to me, success isn’t what we achieve—it’s who we uplift along the way. 💫

Honored and deeply grateful to be featured in my second international Forbes magazine publication and I can’t wait to open the physical print version.

Reading this article in Forbes Canada reminded me that legacy is built through service, courage, and consistency… through the quiet yeses, bold leaps of, and the lives we touch along the way.
From professor to humanitarian, author, television host, and now Executive Producer, every chapter has been rooted in one calling: empowering others to rise.
I especially loved that this feature highlighted the expanding vision behind my film and media work. As Executive Producer on Step Forward in Sisterhood, La Pandora’s Box, and The Enlightened Passenger, I’m passionate about using storytelling as another form of service—creating projects that uplift, awaken, and spark meaningful change.
Film has become a powerful extension of my mission. Through documentaries and purpose-driven cinema, we have an opportunity not only to entertain, but to inspire, heal, and amplify voices that deserve to be heard.
Step Forward in Sisterhood the movie is especially close to my heart because it captures the humanitarian spirit of the Global Sisterhood and the beauty of women rising together across the world.
The Global Sisterhood was born from a belief that when women support women, we create ripple effects across generations. Whether serving in villages, mentoring leaders, producing media with meaning, or restoring dignity to those too often unseen—this work has always been about love in action.
I have never wanted success simply for success’s sake.
I have wanted significance through service.
Thank you to everyone walking beside me in this mission—our volunteers, partners, sisters around the world, and every creative soul helping bring these stories to life.
We are not just building brands.
We are building legacy.
We are not just creating media.
We are creating movement as we…
Step forward together!

“Dr. Shellie Hipsky has never fit neatly into a single title. Educator. Humanitarian. Media personality. Performer. Author. Executive producer. Visionary. Philanthropist. While each describes part of her world, none fully capture the magnetic force of a woman who has transformed purpose into an international movement of empowerment, storytelling, and impact.” — Vogue Sweden ✨
Truly honored and humbled to be featured on the cover of Vogue Sweden. ❤️
What means the most to me is using media, storytelling, and leadership as a vehicle for impact and transformation. I’m especially excited for the forthcoming film and television projects ahead, including Step Forward in Sisterhood and Women in Power, designed to tell powerful stories that inspire resilience, healing, empowerment, and connection. 🎬✨
Thank you to everyone who continues to support this mission and journey. We are just getting started.

Looking back, it’s incredible to see how one mission—to empower others to step forward—has grown into opportunities I never could have imagined. From more than 120 magazine covers to television, keynote speaking, best selling books, music, and now executive producing powerful films including The Enlightened Passenger, Step Forward in Sisterhood, La Pandora’s Box, and Madre Pájaro, every chapter has been guided by purpose rather than the pursuit of recognition.

I’m deeply grateful to everyone who has believed in this journey, collaborated on these incredible projects, and helped amplify stories that inspire hope, courage, and positive change around the world. This cover represents so much more than a milestone—it represents what’s possible when we lead with heart, serve others, and keep stepping forward.

The best stories are still ahead.

As I prepare to premiere Step Forward in Sisterhood at the LA Tribune International Film Festival which is from August 14th to 16th at the Culver Theater in Los Angeles with friends and family … I find myself in a bit of awe as I reflect on the dramatic life and career shifts that brought me to this moment.

For years, my mission has been simple: help people recognize their potential, find hope, and step forward into the life they were created to live. Whether through education, philanthropy, speaking, publishing, or entrepreneurship, storytelling has always been at the heart of that mission.

Now, that story will reach millions through television, music, writing, and film!

This latest article highlights the expansion of my work across entertainment and media. From executive producing films and appearing on television to writing original music and sharing stories that inspire positive change, every project is rooted in purpose.

Step Forward in Sisterhood is especially close to my heart because it shines a light on the power of compassion, community, and extraordinary people who are changing lives every day. It is a reminder that hope often begins when someone chooses to step forward.

Thank you to everyone who has supported this journey—from my family and friends to our Global Sisterhood community and all those who believe in the power of stories that uplift humanity.

You are invited to join us for the world premiere August 16th. This premiere is more than a film screening. It is a celebration of purpose, sisterhood, service, and the belief that together we are better!

FOR EMMY® AWARD CONSIDERATION — LA PANDORA’S BOX

You may have seen those words in one of my recent posts and wondered exactly what they meant.

I’m thrilled to share that my name has been submitted to the Emmy Awards Recording Academy through my role of Executive Producer consideration for La Pandora’s Box®, a history-making media production that is redefining what entertainment can become.

Created by multi-award-winning director, composer, producer, and engineer Nadeem Majdalany, La Pandora’s Box® is a groundbreaking 43-minute immersive motion-picture concert filmed in stunning 12K RAW and experienced through true 360-degree virtual reality. Rather than simply watching a performance, audiences are transported inside it—surrounded by music, mythology, live performance, and cinematic storytelling in a way that transforms viewers from observers into participants.

We are witnessing the next evolution of entertainment.

This week, I’m also heading into the recording studio with Grammy Award-winning composer Nadeem Majdalany (who is the musical maestro behind La Pandora’s Box) and the incredibly talented Simon Chapters to record an original song for my upcoming documentary film: Step Forward in Sisterhood. It’s an extraordinary opportunity to blend music, storytelling, and purpose into a film that celebrates women stepping forward to create hope, build community, and change lives around the world.

Whether producing immersive virtual reality experiences, creating documentary films across continents, or recording music that moves audiences emotionally, I am continually inspired by the ways technology and creativity can come together to make a lasting impact.

The entertainment industry is evolving rapidly, and I believe we have only begun to imagine what’s possible.

That spirit of innovation is exactly what excites me.

The future of media isn’t coming…
We are stepping forward into it!

There’s something about a great listicle that I absolutely love. 😊 It gives you a clear, concise snapshot of the people and ideas making an impact—and I’m incredibly honored to be included in the British version of Forbes’ “Top Entrepreneurs of 2026” listicle!

This marks my third international Forbes magazine cover, and I’m deeply grateful for every opportunity to share the mission behind my work. While magazine covers are exciting milestones, what means the most is using every platform to inspire others to step forward into their purpose, build businesses that create lasting impact, and serve communities around the world.
Thank you to everyone who has supported this journey—from my family and friends to my incredible teams at Inspiring Lives International and Global Sisterhood, and to every person who has believed in this vision. This recognition belongs to all of us.

I just got home after building houses for hurricane survivors in Jamaica with my Global Sisters, I deeply feel that my position on the world’s stage comes with great responsibility.

Here’s to continuing to lead with purpose, create with courage, and make a difference together.

I wrote this post while in Jamaica helping build a home for a single mother who lost everything when a hurricane destroyed her house.

As I have been slinging heavy buckets of cement my “Hollywood” work continues, as our cameras document this journey for Step Forward in Sisterhood.

That is what made this recent Hollywood Voice feature so meaningful to me.

The article, “Dr. Shellie Hipsky Is Transforming Inspiration Into A Global Media Movement,” highlights my work in television, publishing, film, and leadership. But the real story has never been about media. It has always been about impact.

Whether through Global Sisterhood, Inspiring Lives International, La Pandora’s Box (the immersive music experience I Executive Produced) or Step Forward in Sisterhood, the mission remains the same: help people recognize their worth, find their voice, and step forward into a greater purpose.

Today, that purpose looks like helping a family rebuild their future.

Tomorrow, it may look like empowering a woman to start a business, overcome adversity, or believe in herself again.

Media has given us a platform. Service gives it meaning.

The movement continues—one woman, one family, and one step forward at a time.
