Hi! If you are new here or have been around for some time - first off THANK YOU! 🙏 Secondly, I wanted to quickly reintroduce myself - I am Dr. Stacy, a Naturopath who is OBSESSED with change and tranformation because it has been (and continues to be) such a game changer in every single area of my life as I constantly try to pursure and grow into the highest and best version of myself. ✨Nothing changed until I CHANGED. (And it all started with regaining my physical health)…I changed how I chose to look at my 15+ year chronic illnesses, labels, and diagnoses (which I no longer have)…I chose to learn and grow in my own life and my career until I was lead down a path that combined my loves of learning, change, and health in the most perfect possible combination - using my “illness” to inspire others into health and change in their own loves by showing them what is possible. I chose to be open to experience and change in every area of my life along the way (no matter how scary and uncertain it may feel in the moment), knowing that every time I am called to make a change, it is an opportunity to grow and create in a new area of my life. I chose to look at my journey to health with gratitude instead of resentment; knowing had I not learned how to regain my own health, I would never have gained the wisdom I have to now help others in gaining theirs back as well.I know deep in my 💛 (and also get to witness it on a daily basis) the power of CHANGE and TRANSFORMATION in so many areas of life - all working towards the same goal of living as FULLY as possible in the healthiest body possible to enjoy our creations once they are here! If it isn’t challenging you, it isn’t CHANGING you. If you truly want change, you are going to have to start little but little bringing awareness to what you are repeating every single day that is creating the same experience for you over and over again. Small, incremental changes (backed with intention) and made consistently are the way there and the path forward. It may feel like nothing at first, until these new thoughts, habits, and behaviors slowly craft your new experience. When you change something you repeat each and every day, it is UNDENIABLE that you will get a different outcome. KNow that the body and mind will try to draw you back because it always craves the familiar and the known (no matter how dysfunctional it is) and if you feel that inner conflict happening - just know that means you are on the precipice for change, not that you are incapable! 🫶1) know what you want 2) become aware of your thoughts, habits, and behaviors 3) from there, consciously start to adjust them and align them to your goalIt’s the only way. Start small, start with consistent effort in the direction of where you want to go and watch how things start to unfold for you! All I know is I have lost my health once before and I will NEVER lose it again due to something I have the power to control. 💪On top of that, when I make my health my TOP priority, EVERYTHING in my life is better and unfortunately society has us thinking differently - losing our health while prioritizing everything else first ❤️‍🩹When I take the time to dial in the things my body and mind feel supported, I am a better version of myself and I get to show up better, be more productive, and actually ENJOY life versus just going through the motions, burnt out, frazzled, aggravated, moody and overall just reacting to everything that is happening to me versus creating the life I want to live💫 (Trust me, I have lived BOTH scenarios and it is worth the time, every time to pour into yourself FIRST and foremost) so that you can show up in every role you play in your life as the highest and best version of yourself! When I stopped trying to frantically get rid of my symptoms and FINALLY started to listen to what they were telling me! Also, when I realized my body was reacting 100% APPROPRIATELY to it’s metabolic, hormonal, and other environmental conditions, things FINALLY started to make sense and instead of being frustrated with my body for “failing” me, I decided to work WITH it to create change in these areas so I could create a NEW outcome for my health (and you can too!) No protocols, supplements, pills, detoxes, or protocols can fix the lifestyle and the environment for you - which is why these often “fail” is long term ❤️‍🩹If you want REAL change, it’s going to be creating a NEW lifestyle, NEW habits, NEW biochemical responses in the body…, actual CHANGE and it is VERY possible and I see it everyday!
