My regular partner for Meals on Wheels was in San Diego looking at colleges so I brought along this guy.

And he wisely negotiated a trip to county line bbq for pork ribs as his payment. 🤣

Our job as therapists is to educate and empower. So when a friend asked me, “How do I know if I need pelvic floor therapy?” I was more than happy to share, because this is a topic that deserves to be talked about way more than it is!

Leaking when you laugh, sneeze, or jump? Pelvic pain or discomfort? Recovering from pregnancy or birth? These are common, but they’re not something you just have to live with.

This is by no means an exhaustive list, but it’s enough to get the ball rolling!

Stay tuned for Part 2, and drop your pelvic floor questions in the comments. We might answer them in the next video!

Gua sha isn’t just a viral skincare trend — it’s lymphatic drainage, de-puffing, and tension release all in one tool. A few minutes a day and your face (and your mood) will thank you.
