Will we survive, Psychs 5?
I suck at remembering to take photos but luckily @desertcowboyy was able to capture some of me & also the 24 foot rainbow parachute I took to @psychs_peak this year

Things are always ending
Things are always beginning

I’ve lost a few things recently. One was my grandpa Alan shortly after his 91st birthday. I grew up mostly knowing my grandfather as a outdoorsman. A fisher, a hunter, a dog lover, a reader, a welder. And a genuinely funny, clever, and gentle man.
In his childhood he was part of ‘Operation Pied Piper’ where millions of children in England were sent out to foster families in the countryside to keep them safe from the Nazi bombing campaigns.
I knew he moved to the United States in the late 50s, met my grandma, and they got married within 2 weeks. She joked that she only said yes cause his accent was so thick she didn’t know what he asked her. They said the secret to being married for over 60 years was… that they really liked eachother, and didn’t try to change eachother.

What I didn’t know is that before moving to the states, he was a competitive box car & motorcycle racer. He was also beaten up by a gang of drunk cops in London & won a case against them. We were lucky enough that before he passed we were to be able to go through some old photo albums & ask him questions, discovering for the first time, right at the end, that he was actually the coolest guy on the planet before deciding to come to America to start a more domestic & quiet life in the country.

It makes me wonder how I’ll be remembered. And I think I should start a photo album by @dr_0oo

Took my first paid concert photography gig with @peak11_band the other day! To be fully transparent I was sort of nervous like…. Do I really deserve to be paid to do this? But WOW I am so hyped with how the shots turned out! Here are just a few of my favourites. Shout out to peak11 for rocking and especially AJ for asking me to do this & for being such a great subject 📸👨‍🎤
