It’s been a week since graduating from the Black in Business program with Goldman Sachs, and I’m still sitting with it.

This feels bigger than business.

This feels like breaking generational cycles, honoring the batons passed before me, and setting the stage for those coming after. This is for my family. For our legacy. For those who look like me and come from where I come from.

Black in Business gave me clarity, structure, and affirmation for what has always been true.

This experience brought me back to why I built Keep Your Peace. Peace is not soft. It’s a strategy. Authenticity isn’t optional. It’s the foundation.

Grateful for my business advisor, my growth group sisters, @nyustern, and @goldmansachs. Special thanks to @asahipompey, @davidsolomon, @bradleyml, and Jessica Taylor, and to everyone at Goldman Sachs who poured into this experience.

I’m more clear. More grounded. More aligned. And I’ll never operate the same.

Peace is the strategy.
Authenticity is the foundation.
And the legacy is already in motion.
