Part one: How do we get a slimmer face? This video will describe how to slim the face with only neurotoxin. There are other ways which will be discussed in another video. A combination of treatments is preferable however, consult your provider as everybody’s anatomy is different. #Botox#BotoxTreatment#BotoxCosmetic#BotoxClinic#BotoxInjections#AntiAging#YouthfulSkin#WrinkleFree#SmoothSkin#BocaRaton#BocaRatonBeauty#FloridaAesthetics#SouthFlorida#PalmBeach#Southfloridaskincare#BocaRatonBotox#BocaAesthetics#BeautyClinic#SelfCare#GlowUp#SkincareGoal#FacialRejuvenation#BeautyEnhancement#ConfidenceBoost#LookGoodFeelGood#slimface #masseterbotox taken in Boca Raton, Florida by @dr_allyk

Just a recap of Steve’s birthday. As we age, a lot of people say that they don’t care about their birthday, but it’s an important day because it’s a celebration of your life, your birth and a new year that can bring new beginnings changes and maybe a different mindset than the year before. It’s a gift to be able to create a staycation like this. Because Steve lives so close to such gorgeous beaches and lives in paradise basically! How fortunate. I’m very grateful that we were able to celebrate his birthday as if we were going on vacation even if it was just for a few hours. This video ends with my son’s attempt at happy birthday.. He’s really trying.. 24 year-old @reesejuliankahn has so many limitations. His body does not do what he wants it to do. This is apraxia but inside he is just like all of us. Or maybe more evolved. Who knows? Happy birthday, Steve. by @dr_allyk

@reesejuliankahn is severe nonverbal autistic who happens to be my 24-year-old son. Here he is with his Caregiver /Autism specialist@krisoficial_ cleaning up the beach again! @beachkeepersinc has an amazing service to keep our beaches in South Florida clean and the planet healthy! Imagine my son with his limitations cleaning up after those without. I am proud of him and I am thankful for organizations like beach keepers. He really enjoyed the day.. #beachcleanup #autism #nonverbal #volunteeringisfun by @dr_allyk

Healthy skin, healthy confidence, and healthy habits start from within.

Radiancy has become part of my daily wellness routine, combining collagen, hyaluronic acid, probiotics, and vitamin C to support overall wellness, skin hydration, hair, and nails.

I also pair it with Uflora as part of my inside-out approach to feeling my best every day.

As a physician, I always remind patients that wellness isn’t just about what we put on our skin—it’s also about how we support our bodies from within.

So my left shoulder and arm got really injured. This is caused a lot of frustration on my part. Always focus on the positive because🙏.. fortunately I can still work on arm balances on the right. I am PRACTICING-and..
without the struggle, the pain, the discipline the mind cannot as easily clear and rid itself of noise.. thank you to those people that I have tagged to have really inspired me to grow a lot in the last little while #yogapractice #yoga #armbalances #innerpeace taken in Boca Raton, Florida by @dr_allyk

All of you know that I spend a lot of time doing Aesthetic medicine. But honestly, you need to pair that with something that’s going inside not just on your skin. Don’t get me wrong. I love creams. I love Aesthetic Medicine, but I also like to take supplements they can actually change the way you feel inside. Uflora is an supplement that can prevent urinary tract infections and really helps with overall health and especially when you pair it with Radiancy you get the benefit of helping with menopausal symptoms, G.I. symptoms, immune health, and just overall feeling so much better. If you want to order it, you can get 10% off with this code BBALLYSON10.. link in bio ! #Wellness #menopause #uti #immunitybooster #guthealthmatters taken in Boca Raton, Florida by @dr_allyk
