Polynucleotides 🧬 ✨

Another beautiful result after 3 sessions of @cromapharmauk Philart Eye. Rejuvenated, refreshed under eyes 🫶🏽

Polynucleotides are derived from purified salmon or trout DNA and work by giving the skin the support it needs to regenerate itself.

They subtly add volume (but differently to the way fillers do) while simultaneously improving skin quality.

They effectively treat:
• Wrinkes
•Dark circles
• Hollowness
•Inflammation and redness

They’re a brilliant option if you’re not suitable for tear trough fillers (which a lot of people aren’t) or if you simply don’t want to go down the filler route.

3/4 sessions are recommended approx 3/4 weeks apart for optimal results 💫

Hi :) 👋🏽 I’ve seen lots of new faces on clinic recently so felt it was the perfect time to share a re introduction

I’m Dr. Anika Patel, I’m 38 years old and I’m a regenerative aesthetician based in Clapham, London.

✨I take a holistic approach to all my skin and aesthetic treatments and truly believe a “less is more” approach is essential to enhance a client’s unique beauty rather than altering it.

✨ My journey began at Bristol University, where I qualified as a dentist in 2011.
Growing up in an Indian household, I was immersed in holistic health from a young age. My mother’s love for natural beauty rituals—like her homemade turmeric and rose water masks—shaped my passion for skincare and wellness. We always “ate the rainbow,” and she instilled in me the importance of nourishing our bodies and skin.

💖 I’ve always believed in enhancing natural beauty rather than masking it. The best foundation you can wear is healthy glowing skin!
After dental school, I dove deeper into medical skincare and facial aesthetics, combining my knowledge with my passion for holistic nutrition.

Things I’ve always known but needed reminding of 🌞✨♥️

The older I get, the less I think wellbeing is about doing more.

It’s the sunlight on your skin. The friend who makes you laugh. The ocean. The good conversation.
The walk that clears your head.  The moments of beauty you notice when you’re not rushing to the next thing.

This trip reminded me that life doesn’t always need fixing or optimising.

Sometimes the most important thing we can do is to stop trying to improve the moment and simply be more present and experience it.

I’m turning 40 in 5 months…and I’ve never been more intentional. 🙏🏽🤍
If anything I’m doing LESS but doing it properly.

The biggest shift I’ve seen in my own skin and in my patients is when we start looking beyond just the surface and stop treating the skin in isolation.

Because your skin reflects everything.
Your nervous system.
Your sleep.
Your digestion.
Your daily habits.

True skin health comes from balance, both internally and externally.

It’s the quieter approach. Less obvious and not instant but FAR more effective.

Because the goal isn’t to look 20 at 40. It’s to look well, feel well and age well ✨
