✨ Beautiful Smile Transformation ✨

This patient had previously had fixed braces, but unfortunately, the importance of wearing retainers afterwards hadn’t been fully explained. Over time, their teeth gradually moved back out of alignment. 🦷

Our patient came to us wanting to restore the straight smile she had worked so hard to achieve, so we created a personalised Invisalign treatment plan to gently move their teeth back into position. 😁✨

The result? A beautifully aligned, natural-looking smile they can feel confident in again. 🤍

And one of the biggest lessons from this case? Straightening your teeth is only part of the journey. Retention is key!🔑

Once your orthodontic treatment is complete, wearing your retainers as advised is essential to help keep your teeth in their new positions and protect the investment you’ve made in your smile. 🦷✨

Thinking about straightening your smile or wondering what options could work for you? 📩

✨ WE’RE HIRING — AND WE’RE LOOKING FOR PERSONALITY, NOT JUST A CV.

We’re looking for our next Front of House & Patient Experience team member at Teeth & Face in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter.

You might be perfect for us if you’re:

✨ Bubbly & friendly
✨ Positive & proactive
✨ A natural people-person
✨ Calm under pressure
✨ Organised & dependable
✨ A problem solver
✨ A genuine team player
✨ Keen to learn & grow
✨ Someone who takes ownership
✨ Someone who genuinely cares

This isn’t just a reception job.

You’ll be one of the first people our patients speak to and one of the people they remember after they leave.

You’ll welcome patients, build meaningful relationships, help them before, during and after their visits, manage bookings and communication, take payments and help make every visit feel easy, warm and looked after.

No dental experience needed.

In fact, we’re very open to people from hospitality, retail, beauty, customer service or other people-focused roles.

We can teach you dentistry.
We can teach you our systems.
We can’t teach you to genuinely care about people.

There is also real opportunity to grow with us. Previous Front of House team members have stayed, developed and moved into bigger roles within Teeth & Face.

📍 Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham
✨ Full-time preferred; part-time initially considered
🌙 Tuesdays until 7pm
📅 One Saturday half-day per month
🎓 Full training provided
💷 Pay depending on experience and value

✨ Smile Transformation ✨

Our patient came to us concerned about her lower crowding and upper teeth overlap. 🦷

We started with health stabilisation first, creating a healthy foundation before moving on to the cosmetic transformation. ❤️

From there, we used Invisalign® to carefully align the teeth, followed by professional whitening and composite bonding to enhance the final result. ✨

The result? A beautifully balanced, natural-looking smile that she can feel confident showing off! 😍

Healthy. Aligned. Bright. Beautiful. 🤍

Another amazing smile transformation! ✨🦷

Dr Gurprit @dr_gurprit Principal Dentist, Teeth & Face @teeth_and_face

"If no-one is watching the boiling pot of milk, thinking that someone else will get to it, it will boil over."

Most morning huddles produce awareness. The team learns the schedule. Patient flags get mentioned. Priorities are stated. Then everyone goes back to work and hopes for the best.

Dr Gurprit Jandu, Teeth & Face, describes a sharper threshold. Awareness is not ownership. Reading the schedule out loud is not the same as anyone owning their part of it.

His image for it is unsentimental.

"We place each team member responsible for their own boiling pot of milk."

The huddle is where each team member gets handed their pot. A TCO knows which enquiry to follow up today. The nurse knows which lab work to confirm before the patient arrives. Front of house knows which patient needs the warmth that books them back in.

The list per person is small. What makes the day land is the discipline of who watches what.

Most principal dentists know what a huddle is. Far fewer have decided what theirs is for.

Three principal-led practices described what their morning huddle actually does in the ten minutes before the first patient arrives. The textbook version covers the schedule, patient flags, and production goals. The huddles that move the day cover what those three things assume but never name.

The first sentence is chosen carefully. None of the principals open with a problem. The diary is read for what it cannot show: mobility needs, anxiety, life events the team should acknowledge, preferences a coordinator already knows about. Plan changes are reconciled before the patient walks in. Awareness gives way to requests, with each team member naming what they need and when. The agenda item that survives a five-minute version is the one that protects the practice's culture, not its production.

The cases each principal recalled were not dramatic. A retainer plan flagged before a bridge fit. A lab booking error rerouted by a coordinator who knew the patients. A treatment plan changed by phone, surfaced by the front of the house because everyone was sitting in the same room. Quiet failures, caught quietly.

As practices grow more complex, the morning huddle is becoming the only daily moment the full delivery team is in one place. The principals running theirs well today are not protecting a meeting. They are protecting the only ten minutes a practice has to behave like one team.
