There is a lot of conversation today about healing our hearts—and that's a good thing.

But I want to ask you a question:

To whom have you entrusted your healing?

As believers, we have access to the greatest Healer of all—the Holy Spirit.

He is not just a part of the healing process. He is the One who leads it.

God may use wise counselors, trusted friends, pastors, coaches, and biblical resources along the way. But lasting transformation comes from the Holy Spirit as He applies the truth of God's Word to our hearts.

If He is not leading the process, the healing will never reach the deepest places within us.

My prayer is that we would stop trying to heal ourselves and instead invite the Holy Spirit to search us, renew us, and transform us from the inside out.

Because deep healing doesn't come from striving.

It comes from surrender.

And surrender is where the Holy Spirit does His greatest work.

Have you ever noticed how often Scripture reminds us that God is with His people?

In the garden.
In the wilderness.
In the tabernacle.
In the temple.
In Christ.

Keep sowing.

Ecclesiastes 11:6 tells us to sow our seed in the morning and at evening, because we do not know which will succeed—or if both will do equally well.

In other words… don’t stop.

Don’t let uncertainty paralyze you.
Don’t wait for perfect clarity before you move.

Some seeds will grow.
Some won’t.

But the only way to guarantee no harvest…
is to stop planting altogether.

So keep showing up.

Keep praying.
Keep building.
Keep healing.
Keep trusting.

Even when you don’t see immediate results—
something is taking root.

And in time, what you’ve been faithfully sowing…
will begin to speak for itself.

What you’re planting may not feel good… but it is still producing something good.

Psalm 126:5–6 reminds us that those who sow in tears will reap with songs of joy.

That means not every seed is planted in a season of strength.
Some seeds are planted while you’re grieving.
While you’re letting go.
While you’re choosing healing even when it hurts.

The tears don’t cancel the harvest.
They don’t disqualify the seed.

In fact, they may be the very thing that waters it.

So if this season feels heavy… if obedience feels costly… if doing the right thing feels harder than expected—

Don’t stop sowing.

God sees every tear.
He honors every act of faithfulness.

And there is still joy on the other side of this.

What you’re planting in pain…
you will reap in joy.
