5 Ways to Give Reiki ✨
1. Paper & List Reiki 📝 – Write names, intentions, or situations on paper and send Reiki to each one.
2. Reiki Box 📦 – Write your wishes, goals, or healing intentions on slips of paper, place them in a dedicated Reiki box, and channel Reiki to the intentions.
3. Crystal Reiki 💎 – Hold a crystal or place it in your healing space while channelling Reiki with your intention.
4. Reiki Spray 💧 – Create a Reiki-infused water spray by channelling Reiki into the water, then use it as part of your space-clearing or relaxation ritual. Keep it external-use only unless the water is confirmed safe to drink.
5. Reiki Notebook 📔 – Maintain a dedicated notebook for people, goals, relationships, and situations you wish to send Reiki to. Revisit the entries regularly and practise Reiki with the intention of healing and harmony.
