Yesterday I rang that bell. 🔔😭❤️

And instead of saying “cancer free”… I’m choosing to say I AM HEALTHY. 🙏🏽

I’ve learned that the words we speak over ourselves matter. I don’t want to keep giving energy to what I went through — I want to give my energy to where I’m going.

I am healthy. I am strong. I am healing. I am LIVING.

This journey changed me in ways I’m still trying to understand. There were scary days, tears, prayers, and moments when I had no choice but to dig deep and keep going.

But look at me now… I RANG THE DAMN BELL. 🔔😭🙌🏽

So from this day forward, I’m speaking LIFE over my life. More adventures. More laughter. More love. More purpose. More memories. And a whole lot more LIVING. ❤️

This is not the end of my story.

This is the beginning of my HEALTHY chapter. 🙏🏽✨

Watching my twin nephews graduate high school in Okinawa is one of my proudest Auntie moments. 🇺🇸🇯🇵

For the past 8 years, these boys have grown up overseas, embraced new cultures, faced challenges with strength, and become remarkable young men.

Mason & Maximus walked across that stage as graduates, and soon they’ll continue their journey by following in their parents’ footsteps and serving our country.

The world better watch out—these twins are just getting started. So incredibly proud of you both.

Congratulations, boys! Your family loves you beyond words. ❤️⚓️🎓

Round 6️⃣: CELEBRATION 🎉✨

Six rounds down (and last🙏🏽)… but this story isn’t over yet. Chemo tested me, changed me, humbled me, and strengthened me in ways I never imagined. Every chemo session, every Doctors appointment, every prayer, every moment of exhaustion led me here — still standing, still fighting, still believing.

And while surgery is still ahead, today I celebrate how far I’ve come. 💗

Cancer picked the wrong girl.
This journey isn’t just about surviving… it’s about becoming stronger, softer, deeper, and more grateful for every single day.

And to everyone who wrapped me in love with head wraps, wigs, scarves, gifts, prayers, and encouragement…THANK YOUUUU. 💕

Every little gesture reminds me that I am not fighting this battle alone♥️

We’re not done yet — but we are one step closer. 🫶🏽✨

Every Bikram class wasn’t about pushing harder —
it was about breathing deeper.
Trusting my body again.
Letting the sweat carry away fear.

On days when everything felt clinical and heavy…
your studio felt sacred and light.

You gave me strength without pressure.
Community without questions.
Space to simply be.

Short hair era unlocked 😌✂️

❄️ I’m cold capping — a scalp-cooling process that helps protect hair during chemo treatment.

🤔Here’s what that actually means:

1️⃣Cold capping lowers blood flow to the scalp, which can help reduce hair loss.
2️⃣It helps put hair follicles in a “protective mode” during treatment.
3️⃣Consistency + patience matter —aka - Trust the process🙌🏽💪🏽🩷.

🤍 Cold capping works differently for everyone, and it’s always a personal choice.
There’s no right way — only what feels right for you 🤍
