All of us at Dragonfly Farm would like to wish you a very happy new year! Here is a glimpse of the past year on the farm. We love being able to share our love of unique produce with you. We firmly believe we have the best co-workers ever ( turkeys, pollinators, and all the things big and small that contribute to what we do!). While the days might be short now we are busy planning and looking forward to another amazing season. ✨🌻🫑🍅🥕🫛 by @dragonflyfarm_ri

As the days get longer and we prep for the start of market season, it's nice to take a moment and slow down to appreciate the beauty of the season here on our farm. Our tulips are this weeks muse 😁 taken in Foster, Rhode Island by @dragonflyfarm_ri

Sprouting ginger! This time of year we begin sprouting our ginger rhizomes indoors. Ginger grows slow, so to give it the most time and the best chance at producing abundant ginger for harvest, we pre sprout our rhizomes in trays before they are planted outdoors in the greenhouse. taken in Foster, Rhode Island by @dragonflyfarm_ri
