Daca te gandesti sa renunti la fumat, uite ce am observat eu in cei 2 ani jumate de cand m-am lasat.

Probabil o sa apara si intrebarea: “dar cum ai reusit?”. Treptat. Cum un obicei nu se formeaza dintr-o data, nici dezvatatul nu a fost dintr-o data. Am redus treptat nicotina pana am ajuns sa folosesc vape FARA nicotina. Doar pentru a-mi face creierul sa nu mai asocieze gestul de a duce mana la gura si a inhala abur/fum cu o “rasplata” (ca o paranteza, nicotina e perceputa de creier ca o rasplata, ii provoaca dopamina si il “face fericit”). Iar de acolo a fost doar o chestiune de timp pana la a ma dezvața complet by @dragos.phx
