I felt really gross, fat and swollen from the weekend and decided to make a quick video for all of the dolls asking me a quick way to self massage after surgery including tummy tucks and lipo
1. 10-15 mins a day
2. Use oils such as vitamin E or ginger oil
3. Move the hand downward toward the lymph nodes
4. To help shape the body bring the sides in and down and the back downward as well
5. The Gua Sha tool can be used lightly if an early post op patient in a slow movement downward
