🎙️ I sang Attack on Titan in a professional recording studio in Osaka!

I’ve always loved anime songs, so getting to record Attack on Titan in an actual professional studio was such a cool experience. 😭🎙️

I went to Studio Groove in Osaka, a recording studio that’s been around since 1991 and has worked on professional music productions for decades. Apparently, even Beyoncé has visited the studio! 👀

The coolest part was having an experienced engineer guide me through the recording and then polish my vocals afterwards.

And honestly… hearing my own voice back through those speakers after it was finished was SUCH a moment. 😂🔥

If you love anime, singing, or just want to try something completely different while you’re in Osaka, this is such a fun experience.

Would you record your favourite anime song in a professional studio? 🎤

Today, I’m using quality Yame Matcha from @fukuoka_otaku and reflecting on the four principles of Japanese tea ceremony: harmony, respect, purity & tranquillity.

A simple ritual, but a beautiful reminder to pause and be present. 🍵

🍜✨ Let’s make Truffle Ramen at home

I tried the Truffle Ramen from FUKUOKA OTAKU, a select shop based in Fukuoka that brings carefully selected foods from different regions of Japan straight to your door.

The rich tonkotsu broth paired with the earthy, aromatic truffle flavour makes this such a fun twist on a classic Japanese ramen experience. 🍜🍄

I created my own Zen garden sanctuary at home. ✨🇯🇵

Do you know the meaning of wabi-sabi?

It’s a Japanese philosophy centred around appreciating imperfection, impermanence and simplicity.

I really loved how soothing it is to do it= ASMR time ✨

This miniature 枯山水 (karesansui) uses moss, stones and sand to express the beauty of nature, with a little Torii and lantern to complete the garden.🎋love how it’s actually real Japanese moss that will never wither, high quality and comes with clear instructions ✨

MAKE A WISH AT THIS KYOTO TEMPLE 🎐

At Sanjūsangen-dō, visitors can write wishes on tanzaku — the paper strips attached to traditional Japanese wind chimes (fūrin) — and dedicate them at the temple. 🎐

Inside is one of Kyoto’s most breathtaking sights: 1,001 statues of Kannon

Note: photography is not allowed inside the temple.

It is an absolutely unforgettable sight.
