I'm honored to have been recognized as one of the “40 Under 40” by the Business Elite Awards! It's humbling to be among such an accomplished group of business leaders who are making a real difference in their industries. The award ceremony and gala dinner were unforgettable, and I'm grateful to the Business Elite Awards for creating a platform to recognize the hard work and dedication of young professionals. I am so delighted @kashhovey asked me to join him on his award winning talk show @onairwithkash to talk about divorce issues, careers and being vulnerable. After being friends for over a decade and a half I had an incredible opportunity to join Kash to reflect on some of our shared growth and life experiences. Kash and I have always had a deep and loyal friendship but lost that connection after I moved from Los Angeles. After completing the daily coursework at Pepperdine for my doctorate in psychology I moved across the county to North Carolina to attend an Internship at NC State. I then moved back to my hometown of Sacramento. Well then of course covid happened and time went on. But! Thanks to a stroke of fate we wound up at the same place at the same time - @thefashionlifetour - and just as if no time had passed at all here we are at the end of 2022 reflecting on the past challenges and celebrating our successes. @alexandrabaronesq and I on the red carpet for the premiere of The Sixty-Year Mission @startrek at @moonshots_pod with @peterdiamandis @dave.blundin and @alexwissnergross.

There was something especially fitting about stepping into a room focused on the future and beginning with a documentary about Star Trek and its cultural legacy.

The most interesting ideas often start as imagination long before they become infrastructure, institutions, or ordinary life. That is part of what I have appreciated most about Moonshots LIVE. It has been a reminder that optimism is not naive. It is often the starting point for serious work.

I spend a lot of my time thinking about systems, decisions, and how to help people navigate difficult realities. Events like this are a useful counterbalance. They invite a bigger question: what kind of future are we actually trying to help build?

Very glad to be here, to keep learning, and to share the experience with my sister.

One of the best parts of Imagination in Action was the conversations between the sessions.

Alexandra and I had such a great time meeting Shamod Lacoul of JobsFlow AI and hearing how other founders and builders are thinking about what AI can actually make better in the real world.

I always leave these conversations with more questions than I started with, which is usually a good sign. The interesting part for me is not just what the technology can do, but how people are choosing to apply it, where it genuinely improves decision-making and operations, and where the human piece still matters.

Grateful for the connection, Shamod. This is exactly why we came.

Day two at Imagination in Action at Google Bay View.

At Baron Family Law, continuing education does not stop with changes in family law. We also pay attention to the technologies, research, and ideas that are changing how professional services are delivered.

I can still feel the love. ❤️‍🔥

A BIG Thank you to all my lovely friends who played a part in the first @houseofkanute fashion show at the Eternal Life Exhibition hosted by @selfdesignsgallery. You all are so epic to me, and I love you all for supporting this vision I have with this new direction. I will never forget you all walking that line with me on Saturday, and how the crowd was stunned by what we had to offer. We handled that thing with calm and ease because we are the truth.

Major thank you to @breewonghair and @shaye_perez , owners of Mane and Soul Salon who did an impeccable job styling all the runway artists in this show. I truly appreciate you.

For as much that has been taken from me in this life, so much has been given! These women are a piece of my puzzle that I didn’t even know I needed in my life. They have come in with such love, loyalty, support, guidance, dedication, motivation, humor, honesty, grace and power. I am forever grateful to call them friends and to do this messy beautiful life with them. My only wish, is that I found them sooner 💕 by @draleabaron
