It has certainly been a busy few months…

Some fantastic transactions over the line for some very valued clients. Grateful to every one of them for trusting me with such significant purchases.

Dentistry has given me a huge sense of pride, but I always knew there was something more for me. This new career journey has been the best decision I’ve made, and it’s only just beginning!

Some very exciting news tomorrow… a big step into the next chapter.

A New Chapter…

Proud and grateful to announce that I’ve joined the PRIME division at Betterhomes as an Associate Director.

Thank you to the PRIME team for the warm welcome.

The journey continues, with lots more to learn, relationships to build, and many more successes to deliver for my clients.

Reintroduction.

After a protracted hiatus- my social media presence is back, and it’s here to stay.

The last six months have been intense.
Incredible properties.
Amazing client connections.
And all of it alongside building a high-end dentistry and medical business here in Dubai.

Going forward, I’ll be sharing a real insight into all things UAE real estate, whilst illustrating my unique position at the intersection of luxury property and dentistry.

There are some VERY exciting things coming, especially for my dentist and doctor peers in the UK- so keep your eyes peeled.

As a lasting note- we’re living through the most exciting and unprecedented real estate market in the world. Opportunities like this will absolutely not be around forever.

So, if you would like to discuss anything UAE Real Estate, my DMs and WhatsApp are always open.

I look forward to connecting.

A cracking event this afternoon with @invespy. Talking all things relating to succeeding in the world’s most competitive real estate market, here in Dubai. Articulated from some of the best to do it.

A very exciting and exclusive project was announced today too, in Ras Al Khaimah. Details which are not public knowledge yet. Something I will be discussing at length on here, for its myriad of USP’s and clear benefits for investors. So stay tuned. by @dralexscottdxb

What a week in Muscat, Oman. 🇴🇲

Fully recharged and shifting into June. The latter half of 2026 is coming with some very exciting elements. Notably: lots of content, impressive collaborations and some significant announcements to follow. Stay tuned.

On the real estate front; the UAE property market is still extremely strong. The recent sell out launches across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, alongside record property transactions have illustrated this. Ample opportunities are still available, for now.

That said, an interesting swing towards a buyers market may be on the horizon soon. Something many have been waiting for, given that record property prices have continued to increase, post 2020.

Get in touch if you would like to discuss anything UAE real estate.

EOIs (Expression of Interest) for 3, 4 & 5 bedroom properties have all gone!

As expected, demand for the new Golf Course community on Hudayriyat has reached echelons most would not have expected.

There are ONLY 6 Bedroom Golf Course Villas and Mansions remaining.

Modon have now massively shortened the timeframe for accepting EOIs due to the sheer demand. We have just 24 hours left to secure the most opulent properties in the community.

14:00 GST (UAE time) tomorrow, Thursday 28th May — this is the absolute deadline.

6 Bedroom Golf Course Villas: 26.55 Million AED / £5.3 Million GBP

6 Bedroom Mansions: 35.55 Million AED / £7.1 Million GBP

EOI Amounts (Fully Refundable):

• 6 Bedroom Golf Villas — 150,000 AED / £30,000 GBP

• 6 Bedroom Golf Mansions — 250,000 AED / £50,000 GBP

Some projections have suggested between 150–220%+ return on equity invested at just the milestone of 20% paid for the properties.

Miss this window and you will be paying significantly more; a very expensive consequence of indecision.

A lot of people think moving to Dubai automatically means success.

What they don’t see is the pressure, the exhaustion, the overleveraging, and the constant grind behind the scenes.

But one thing about Dubai, it always rewards the people who survive long enough.

Dubai can give you everything you want and destroy your focus at the same time.
