Thank you the highs. Thank you for the lows. Thank you for letting me be a small part of this team.

It has been an unforgettable year, and am so proud to be a jackal.

From a dreams to reality.

Thankful for all the memories and opportunities.

Thankful for all the patients, friends, athletes that have come by and have become family.

Wouldn’t be where we are without all of you.

Grateful for the opportunity to work with @vald_performance and @vald_health alongside my community.

A huge thank you to @piercegallaway for helping make this opportunity possible.

This means so much to me as I continue to pursue my own passions while also supporting the medical and chiropractic communities in using objective data to guide decision-making and better serve our athletes.

The Kintrol Team had an incredible time supporting the local men’s and women’s rugby teams this weekend! 🏉

☀️ Our team served as the sideline medical staff and provided first aid, taping, shoulder dislocation slings, and concussion screenings to keep players safe and back in the game as quickly as possible.

There’s nothing like enjoying a beautiful day in Dallas while helping athletes perform at their best! 💪
