- off label tranexemic acid
- hydroquinone
- arbutin pads
- kojic acid , glycolic acid, vitamin c

Hyperpigmentation in the underarms can be due to many factors , listen in and make sure you make an appointment with your #boardcertfieddermatologist to make sure there are no underlying rashes or skin conditions !

For true #hyperpigmentation consider products with glycolic acid , hydroquinone and light chemical peels . If your hair is coarse and dark, #laserhairremoval may help too!
