Would have definitely put more effort into the costume if it wasn't a last minute swap lol but anyways time to go fight any Avengers I see tonight. Happy Halloween! 🫡 #WinterSoldier #Marvel by @dratasy

Magic Kingdom day 1 at Disney! by @dratasy

Great times catching up when we run into each other throughout the year, and always a blast on the cruise each year even when we are down bad crying at the blackjack table. Good on ya for chasing and accomplishing your dreams mate 🙏🏻Thanks for always being a great one, here's to a kickass 2026! @mattcutshall @emosnotdead777 by @dratasy

Always a good time catching up with good friends. @jbonathan by @dratasy

Here at Globo Gym we're better than you, and we know it. by @dratasy

Had to cut the facial hair for my Halloween costume this year, any guesses? 😂 by @dratasy

My final thoughts on @whenwewereyoungfest 2025? Alexisonfire somehow after 24 years continues to set the bar higher. I haven't had goosebumps during a live performance in no clue how long. The talent and stage presence those guys bring is on a different level. @aof_official by @dratasy

Sometimes I like to go to the work gym while on lunch break so I can peacefully plan what kind of pizza I'm going to eat in one sitting on the weekend. Also in case you weren't aware, pineapple belongs on pizza. by @dratasy

Haven't posted a selfie in like a decade, figured why not after going babyfaced recently but thankfully the 5 o'clock shadow didn't take long 😅 might cut the hair next. 🤔 by @dratasy

Just a small health/fitness update since I've been quietly back on my grind again. At the start of this year I began focusing on eating better, staying active, and not getting consumed with the off days (or as I like to refer to them as the "fuck a meal plan" days). I fell off pretty hard all 2024 and honestly even though that was a great year... body dysmorphia sucks. Since the start of 2025 my goal has been to slowly start loving myself again both physically and mentally, now that we are past the halfway point of the year I can truly say I feel a lot better than when I started this year. Gotta take the good days with the bad days and I'm sure I'll post more progress updates eventually but for now today was a good day. by @dratasy

Fun little overnight stay / paranormal investigation at The Shanley Hotel in NY earlier this month with some good friends. by @dratasy
