It was an absolute delight to be celebrating the Lunar New Year with @ToryBurch again this year. Especially when I got to write auspicious greetings to complement the rainbow calligraphy by Hong Kong artist, MasterDragon. Can you read the vibrantly coloured characters? Let us know below in the comments and I’ll see if you got it right .😉

Can’t miss the opportunity to use one of the seals I got from Nanjing to add a little extra blessing on the artworks. It reads 长乐（長樂 written in Traditional Chinese) which means “Endless Joy”. May we all find joy in every little moment! ❤️😊

Ever had one of those moments when things don’t go as planned, but it ends up being a blessing in disguise?

I was a little nervous when I wrote Chinese New Year couplets for @maxmara Singapore and kinda wrote a little too fast, finishing ahead of schedule. With some time to spare, I offered to paint on the sleeves of the couplets. The client said sure and told me to paint anything I want. That was the best green light ever! So I painted Plum Blossoms and Orchids, two of the “Four Gentlemen” (四君子) in Chinese literati paintings. Plum Blossoms represent vitality of life and new beginnings whereas the Orchids symbolizes elegance and nobility. It turned out that everyone loves it and I continued painting these flowers throughout the 5-days event. 😄❤️

Every detail tells a story. And that was how these hand-painted illustrations were conceptualised for @Cartier 's gift boxes to celebrate the re-opening of their boutique at Ngee Ann City earlier in March! Did you spot the pair of stone lions and both the Cartier and NAC signs?
It was also a privilege to calligraph the invitations and personalise the gift boxes for their guests on the event day. Huge thanks to Cartier Singapore for trusting me with such a significant milestone.❤️ taken in Cartier by @draw.a.story

It was a such joy writing for @Longchamp this holiday season, feeling all the love and appreciation for family and friends, and especially for oneself. One of them even made me cry🥹

Brought out my Pilot Custom 742 Limited Edition Modernised Tradition fountain pen for the job. It was pure pleasure writing festive greetings with this beauty and hopefully I can put it to use again soon! 💚 taken in Singapore by @draw.a.story
