What nobody tells you about being a doctor and a business owner 👩🏾‍⚕️👩🏿‍💼💉

1. you’ll go from a night shift straight into answering a client and pretend you’re fine

2. medical school taught me how to treat skin, not how to handle hmrc and finances

3. some days you’re dr. other days you’re receptionist, marketer, cleaner and accountant

4. the guilt of not being ‘all in’ on either never fully goes away, but the joy outweighs it

5. you’ll have days where it feels like it isn’t working, and you keep going anyway

6. there’s never enough time to do it all, so you learn to make trade-offs

honestly? i wouldn’t trade it.

Definitely recommend colour analysis with Lee Hyelin at @colorblossom_official if you’re in Seoul , she was very thorough and lovely , we had a great time and learnt so much about our colour palette.

They have the cutest nails and designs in South Korea and Japan! 😍
I got gel nail extensions.

Unfortunately they lasted one week and were very spenny 160,000 KRW.( 90£).

Next time I’ll stick to doing my nails in the Uk before travelling

I spent about one hour with one of the pharmacists who was soo helpful in helping me go through each product and the ingredient list for my skin concerns.

I went to @delphic_clinic_gb in Gangnam and had their Ethosome Gold & Platinum PTT + GV genesis + Accu Toning +LDM Acne and a modelling mask.

There was no way I was going to South Korea without getting a skin treatment.

Results at the end!
